• Support technology consulting initiatives related to digital transformation, system implementation, and process optimization. • Assist in analyzing business and technical requirements to propose effective technology solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consulting projects on time and within scope. • Participate in client meetings, documenting requirements, action items, and project updates. • Conduct research on emerging technologies, platforms, and industry best practices. • Translate business needs into technical insights and recommendations. • Assist with data analysis, reporting, and solution evaluation. • Support solution design discussions and contribute to technical documentation. • Help identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements. • Work closely with senior consultants and project leaders. • Prepare presentations, reports, and executive summaries. • Maintain project documentation and ensure alignment with consulting methodologies. • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain the Wholesale Commerce platform and technology with a focus on its storefront • Contribute throughout the full lifecycle of modern software development • Work with an extremely talented, motivated, supportive, and welcoming team in an Agile ecosystem • Perform software systems development, including the design, development, troubleshooting, and debugging of cutting-edge software programs and products • Work together with the Engineering and Digital team to determine overall application design, gather requirements, develop logic and enhancements, and deploy enterprise-wide solutions
• Provide Tier 2 support for escalated issues across Mac workstations, networks, Google Workspace, and SaaS platforms • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents independently with clear, client-readable documentation • Collaborate with Tier 1 and Tier 3 teams to resolve issues and share knowledge • Support client onboarding workflows: device enrollment, MDM configuration, account provisioning, Laptop Logistics coordination • Support monitoring, patching, and alert response workflows (including user-facing CVE remediation notifications) • Participate in backup testing and maintenance routines • Contribute to SOP and knowledge base documentation improvements • Be the front line of client interaction – every support touchpoint is a moment that shapes how clients feel about Ignition • Communicate clearly and warmly with non-technical end-users (startup employees, ops teams, office managers) via chat, email, video, and phone • Set expectations proactively: if a fix will take time, tell the client what’s happening and when they’ll hear back • Escalate when appropriate, but own the communication – the client should never feel like they’ve been passed off without context • Write ticket notes and follow-ups that a non-technical reader could understand.
• Provide unparalleled support to the executive leadership • Manage executive's complex business/social schedule • Prepare executive presentations and draft formal correspondence • Coordinate travel arrangements and event details • Collaborate on marketing strategies and social media initiatives • Oversee client onboarding lifecycle • Develop and execute staff engagement events • Monitor expenses and manage financial record-keeping
• Manage calendar for the Director of Sales & Marketing • Schedule internal sales meetings • Schedule sales demos and prospect meetings • Create and update sales quotes, including new quotes, additions/removals, terminations, and on-premise pricing • Update and resend contract addendums (e.g., adding/removing users) • Assist with contract updates related to price increases (as requested) • Support price increase communications to customers • Assist with follow-up and tracking related to pricing changes • Enter and maintain lead and contact records in CRM • Update opportunity and account information • Perform regular CRM cleanup and data hygiene • Monitor inbound leads and route them to the appropriate sales team members • Update Sales & Marketing L10 scorecard • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports • Assist with marketing performance reporting • Manage and maintain sales collateral library • Coordinate shipping of sales literature and materials for conferences (if local) • Create shipping labels • Coordinate shipping, pickups, etc. • Support social engagement activities (reposting, liking and sharing company content)
