• Evaluate official and unofficial transcripts and supporting academic documentation from accredited institutions for transferability and degree applicability. • Determine course equivalencies and transfer credit awards in accordance with university policies, accreditation requirements, and established articulation agreements. • Review and process non-traditional credit sources, including Advanced Placement (AP), CLEP, DSST, military education and training, prior learning assessment, certifications, and other approved learning experiences. • Analyze course descriptions, syllabi, catalogs, and institutional accreditation information to determine appropriate transfer credit recommendations. • Evaluate international academic credentials in accordance with university guidelines and approved evaluation resources. • Maintain accurate transfer credit records within the student information system, articulation management platform, and related databases. • Create, update, and manage course equivalencies and institutional transfer guides. • Ensure compliance with university record-retention policies, FERPA regulations, and accreditation standards. • Monitor evaluation workflows to ensure timely processing and communication of transfer credit decisions. • Serve as a primary resource for students, faculty, staff, and external partners regarding transfer credit policies, procedures, and evaluation outcomes. • Partner with Admissions and Enrollment teams to support prospective transfer students throughout the admissions process. • Collaborate with academic departments to establish and maintain transfer equivalencies and articulation agreements. • Communicate transfer credit decisions clearly and professionally to students and university stakeholders. • Assist in the development of transfer credit resources, training materials, and communication strategies that improve the student experience. • Participate in the review and enhancement of transfer credit policies, procedures, and business processes. • Stay informed of best practices, accreditation requirements, state regulations, and emerging trends related to transfer credit and prior learning assessment. • Generate reports and provide data to support enrollment management, compliance reviews, and institutional planning. • Participate in departmental meetings, professional development activities, and university committees as assigned.
• Collect, validate, and analyze institutional data related to enrollment, student outcomes, and faculty productivity • Support the preparation of reports for stakeholders • Develop data visualizations and dashboards to communicate institutional metrics • Conduct research on higher education trends and best practices • Maintain accurate institutional data and ensure compliance with reporting guidelines • Collaborate with departments to assess and improve data quality
• Implement strategic AI initiatives aligned with academic goals • Design, code, and maintain AI-powered academic tools • Develop AI-supported academic resources • Prototype and operationalize AI-assisted workflows • Monitor advancements in AI platforms • Research and document AI-related academic software
• Fulfill teaching responsibilities in the School Counseling Program • Serve as a resource for school counseling students • Assist students with academic inquiries and resources • Participate in community service and university activities • Publish and present research related to job responsibilities • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
• Teach graduate-level course in the MS in Cyber Engineering programs (online and/or residency format, as assigned). • Maintain instructional excellence aligned with course objectives, accreditation standards, and program outcomes • Engage in curriculum development, assessment, and continuous program improvement • Provide academic advising and mentorship to graduate students • Participate in faculty meetings, program initiatives, and university service activities • Collaborate with program leadership to support student success, retention, and professional preparation • Perform other duties as determined by the Dean and Program Director • Perform other responsibilities and abide by the appropriate policies and procedures contained in UC’s Faculty Handbook.

• Perform a broad range of duties to meet the needs of the international student population, including updating and creating student records within SEVIS, and processing other SEVIS-related applications. • Work with admissions staff, advisors, customer service representatives, and other Designated School Officials to keep student records up-to-date and accurately entered into SEVIS. • Submit correction requests and data fixes for students and dependents to the SEVIS Help Desk and follow up when necessary. • View and print reports within SEVIS. • Update/edit records for students and dependents (Form I-20). • Review, approve, and process I-20, CPT, STEM and OPT applications. • Communicate effectively with students in a timely manner. • Provide thorough knowledge of the University, academic departments, programs, curricula, methods of program delivery, and expectations. • Collaboration with academic departments and administration on a regular basis.

• Facilitate clear communication among participating stakeholders. • Collaborate with the School of Education to monitor, assess, and provide feedback to Alternative Administration Certification Route Principal or School Counselor Candidates. • Be willing to schedule virtual meetings with possible travel to schools to observe and conference with Alternative Administration Certification Route Principal or School Counselor Candidates. • Provide mentoring plans, timesheets, track candidate progress, and additional feedback as required for Alternative Administration Certification Route Principal or School Counselor Candidates. • Maintain regular communication with Alternative Administration Certification Route Principal or School Counselor Candidates and District-based Mentors through virtual office hours and e-mail. • Maintain clear and timely records for the School of Education Advanced Graduate Programs. • Participate in all required trainings and functions. • Offer perspective that addresses the needs of all candidates, both traditional and non-traditional. • Respond to Alternative Administration Certification Route Principal or School Counselor Candidates questions in a timely manner (within 24-hours). • Communicate with the School of Education and Advanced Graduate Programs concerning issues or potential situations that could arise with candidates and other stakeholders. • Follow university policies and procedures.
