• Manage Medicare and Medicaid enrollment activities, ensuring applications, renewals, and updates are completed accurately and on time. • Oversee state-level entity enrollment for all jurisdictions in which we operate, tracking requirements and filing deadlines. • Coordinate all Secretary of State filings, including new entity formations, annual reports, amendments, and other corporate maintenance, in partnership with CSC. • Manage the vendor contract workflow, including conducting pre-read reviews prior to Legal Counsel review. • Preparing and organizing contract documentation. • Maintaining the centralized contract repository. • Managing the contract renewal calendar and ensuring timely outreach for renewals. • Assist with maintaining and organizing privacy-related documentation and policies. • Track privacy requests, incident reports, and state-specific privacy requirements with guidance from Legal Counsel. • Maintain organized and up-to-date legal files, trackers, calendars, and compliance logs.

• Accountable for the day-to-day execution, performance, and continuous improvement of Tuesday Health’s clinical model • Leads clinical and quality operations, overseeing clinical managers and care teams to deliver exceptional patient experience, strong clinical and quality outcomes, and execution of our care model • In close partnership with clinical/provider leadership, drives operational excellence through standardized workflow, onboarding and training, disciplined performance management, and continuous improvement • Serves as a primary liaison to health plan care management teams ensuring effective collaboration, coordinated workflows, and partner satisfaction • Partners with Product, Analytics, Member Services, and Market Operations to optimize systems, tools, and processes that improve outcomes, efficiency, and reliability of care delivery • Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance oversight to clinical managers, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence • Oversee onboarding and training for care teams and clinical managers, ensuring consistent readiness standards, operating routines, and competency development across new team members. • Lead quality operations, including monitoring and improving adherence to clinical workflows, care standards, and documentation requirements to support outcomes and reduce variation • Ensure regulatory compliance, adherence to clinical guidelines, and best practices in patient care management • Own performance against operational, clinical, and quality goals; implement targeted improvement initiatives as needed • Address escalated operational issues and implement solutions to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes • Establish clear operating rhythms and accountability structures to support consistent execution and team performance

• Support the onboarding and training of clinical and engagement staff • Coordinate and deliver comprehensive training programs • Manage the onboarding process for new clinical and engagement staff • Schedule trainings with subject matter experts (SMEs) • Develop and implement training materials, guides, and resources • Ensure compliance with clinical training standards and accreditation requirements • Track and monitor staff training progress • Facilitate orientation sessions and hands-on clinical training • Collaborate with leadership and SMEs to improve training programs • Maintain accurate training documentation and records • Provide support and mentorship to new hires and existing staff • Stay updated on clinical best practices, regulations, and training methodologies

• Proactively identify data science use cases throughout the organization as well as new datasets. • Work cross-functionally to develop solutions. • Build and deploy ML models to better identify populations requiring support/palliative care and provide clinical decision support. • Work with operational stakeholders (e.g. clinical delivery, member/provider engagement) to define and prioritize analytic needs. • Develop business intelligence solutions and conduct ad-hoc analyses to meet these needs and support data-driven decision making. • Collaborate with our actuarial team to measure/forecast value-based contract (VBC) performance, understand savings drivers, and underwrite new contracts. • Support customer-facing analytics and reporting including summarizing Tuesday Health impact, preparing materials for JOCs, and measuring attainment of SLAs. • Build and manage assets in Tuesday’s data lake (Azure Databricks, dbt) leveraging a variety of datasets including client medical/pharmacy claims, ADT/HIE, FHIR, our internal care management system (Elevate), and other SaaS tools leveraged by the business (HubSpot, Zoom, Elation) • Manage cloud infrastructure to support Tuesday Health’s data lake including Azure Databricks and other Azure resources for facilitating data ingestion/delivery (functions, pub/sub, SFTP, etc.) • Maintain the semantic layer and roles-based access controls for Tuesday’s business intelligence systems (ThoughtSpot, PowerBI)

• Safeguards the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems, data, facilities, and medical operations • Leads security governance, risk management, and compliance efforts • Oversees security operations and incident response • Partners with IT, Clinical Operations, Privacy, and Compliance to ensure regulatory requirements are met • Responsible for proactive risk reduction, rapid detection and response to threats • Works closely with engineering team and third-party security partners to define secure coding standards
