Compliance Manager

• Manage Medicare and Medicaid enrollment activities, ensuring applications, renewals, and updates are completed accurately and on time. • Oversee state-level entity enrollment for all jurisdictions in which we operate, tracking requirements and filing deadlines. • Coordinate all Secretary of State filings, including new entity formations, annual reports, amendments, and other corporate maintenance, in partnership with CSC. • Manage the vendor contract workflow, including conducting pre-read reviews prior to Legal Counsel review. • Preparing and organizing contract documentation. • Maintaining the centralized contract repository. • Managing the contract renewal calendar and ensuring timely outreach for renewals. • Assist with maintaining and organizing privacy-related documentation and policies. • Track privacy requests, incident reports, and state-specific privacy requirements with guidance from Legal Counsel. • Maintain organized and up-to-date legal files, trackers, calendars, and compliance logs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
  • 2–5+ years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or similar role (healthcare or multi-state experience preferred).
  • Experience with Medicare/Medicaid enrollment, entity-level registrations, or compliance processes is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of corporate filings, Secretary of State processes, and contract lifecycle management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with legal software, CSC, or contract management systems is a plus.

Job Summary Belden’s Trade Compliance Specialist operates as the technical expert for import/export compliance programs such as audit processes, value reconciliation, record keeping, and adherence to various government agency regulations. You’ll partner with our global compliance and logistics team to facilitate best practices in the compliance program. This position reports directly to the Director of Global Logistics & Trade Compliance and will work remotely with occasional travel to our corporate office or other site locations. You will make a difference in the following ways - Identifying proper tariff classification, country of origin, and free trade agreements for various products based on customs regulations, laws, and procedures for global locations. - Auditing customs clearance documentation, broker entry accuracy, and record retention. - Supporting value reconciliation and Foreign Trade Zone program by working closely with accounting and the global compliance team. - Contribute to continuous process improvements within the trade compliance function - Support initiatives aimed at reducing costs related to duties, taxes, and other trade-related expenses while maintaining compliance - Coordinating global logistics and other activities to move goods by air, rail, sea, or road, including the relative costs and benefits as required. What you bring - Education & License: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or supply chain management combined with a minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience in trade compliance or customs brokerage. Holding a Customs Brokers License is preferred. - Knowledge: Knowledge of import/export regulations, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, and agency rules. - Skills: Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret and apply complex regulations; Proficiency with trade compliance software (QuestaWeb/Descartes); Skilled in using ERP systems (SAP) Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $85,000 - $120,000 annually, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant’s experience, qualifications, and geographical location. Our Principal, Business and Regulatory Strategy will be the liaison between legal and our provider services team using superior knowledge of PBM regulatory requirements to align them with our payables and reimbursement strategies. The Principal, Business and Regulatory Strategy is for driving business solutions and readiness that aligns with regulatory transformation and requirements.
