The eLearning Specialist: - Reports to the Content Development Manager in the Office of Learning and Professional Development (OLPD) section in AES. - Performs highly complex (senior level) consultative services, technical assistance work, and advanced eLearning instructional design and development for AES staff. - Develops eLearning, video, web-based and blended training for multiple programs such as Texas Works (TW), Medicaid for the Elderly and People with Disabilities (MEPD), the Community Partner Program (CPP), strategic initiatives, and other special projects as assigned. - Coordinates and collaborates with project stakeholders and internal partners including AES Operational Support offices, Leadership, Policy, Operations, Subject Matter Experts, and Social Services Applications in program development, review, feedback, implementation, evaluation and reporting as determined by each project. The work involves planning, coordination, research, assessment, analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation and ongoing revision of major agency educational programs, initiatives and special projects.
