Role Description The Regional Sales Representative is responsible for managing and expanding customer relationships across commercial and industrial markets. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, supporting customer needs, and representing Trillium Valves USA within assigned territories. The position requires strong technical knowledge of valve systems, an understanding of commercial and industrial applications, and a proactive approach to sales strategy and customer engagement. While the role is based out of Ipswich, MA, this is a fully remote position open to applicants across the United States. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of sales experience in commercial or industrial markets. - Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving business growth. - Prior experience with Valves (sales, application engineering, design, repair, or technical support). Requirements - Experience selling into commercial building systems, HVAC, district energy, power generation, water/wastewater, or other industrial end markets. - Familiarity with engineered-to-order or configured valve products. - Experience working with distributors, contractors, specifying engineers, and EPC firms. - Strong understanding of valve service, repair, and aftermarket offerings. - Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce. Skills and Competencies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strategic thinking and planning abilities. - Technical aptitude in valve systems and industry and nuclear standards. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with generative AI tools.
