Role Description Trillium Flow Technologies is seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to lead growth initiatives across the US Industrial Northeast Region. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to maximize revenue, market share, and profitability within the assigned territory. - Identify new business opportunities and strengthen channel partnerships. - Support consulting engineers and end users. - Drive sales performance through effective territory management and forecasting. - This is a highly visible role requiring strong technical sales acumen and business development expertise. - Build long-term customer relationships within industrial markets. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering, Industrial Technology, Marketing, or Business preferred). - Minimum 5 years of sales leadership or management experience. - Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial or core served markets. - Demonstrated success growing revenue and market share within a defined territory. - Experience managing manufacturer representatives and/or distributor networks preferred. - Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. - Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, approx. 50% of the time. Requirements - Develop and execute strategic regional sales plans aligned with company revenue and profitability objectives. - Drive bookings growth and achieve or exceed annual sales targets. - Identify and develop new market opportunities and customer relationships. - Manage and support representative and distributor sales channels to ensure full territory coverage. - Participate in all aspects of the sales cycle, including prospecting, specification development, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing. - Provide accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts. - Analyze market intelligence, competitor activity, and regional trends to inform strategy. - Assist consulting engineers and channel partners with project design, specification review, and budgetary quote preparation. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Application Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Leadership to ensure strategic alignment. - Prepare written proposals and negotiate agreements consistent with company policies. - Travel as required throughout the Northeast region. - Observe all safety and ISO 9001/14001 Requirements. - Other duties as assigned.
