• Develop, maintain and continuously improve AI governance frameworks, policies, standards, procedures and best practices for the development and use of AI systems. • Support Responsible AI assessments and governance reviews to identify, assess and mitigate ethical, legal and operational risks. • Partner with Engineering, Platform and Product teams to embed Responsible AI principles—including transparency, explainability, robustness, accountability and fairness—into AI-enabled SDLC processes and engineering workflows. • Lead and perform AI model evaluations, including: Fairness and bias testing, Robustness and resilience assessments, Model lineage verification, Model card validation, Documentation and governance reviews. • Coordinate governance activities across Engineering, Product, Privacy, Data Governance and Security functions to ensure consistent application of AI governance standards. • Evaluate third-party AI tools, foundation models and AI-enabled solutions against Responsible AI and regulatory requirements. • Support supplier and supply chain assessments where external AI technologies are incorporated into engineering platforms and development workflows. • Provide expert guidance to senior stakeholders on ethical, safe and compliant AI development, with a particular focus on engineering platforms, AI-enabled software delivery and operational risk. • Monitor emerging AI legislation, standards and industry best practices, helping ensure ongoing compliance with an evolving regulatory landscape.

• Act as a trusted advisor to global business functions on privacy, Responsible AI and data governance. • Embed Privacy by Design and Responsible AI principles into business processes and initiatives. • Lead Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), AI Risk Assessments and privacy demand management activities. • Manage privacy assessment workflows using OneTrust. • Partner with regional teams to ensure global privacy standards are implemented while considering local regulatory requirements. • Work closely with Cyber Security, Legal, Product and other business functions to integrate privacy and AI governance into risk assessments from the outset. • Provide guidance across areas including digital marketing, AdTech, cookie compliance, consumer IoT, HR, finance, big data and AI-enabled services. • Support the investigation and management of personal data breaches, coordinating stakeholders through reporting, remediation and regulatory compliance activities. • Help shape and improve global privacy governance processes and best practices.

• Design, build and manage AI infrastructure and architecture within AWS environments. • Support the deployment and scaling of AI/ML solutions from prototype into production. • Define and implement technical standards, evaluation frameworks and validation processes for AI solutions. • Establish monitoring, governance and trust mechanisms to ensure AI platforms operate reliably and transparently. • Work closely with technical, data science, product and Medical Affairs teams to enable scalable AI delivery. • Ensure AI platforms meet operational readiness standards, including reliability, performance, security and maintainability. • Support the creation of repeatable frameworks and best practices for AI solution deployment. • Contribute to continuous improvement across AI operations, MLOps processes and cloud architecture. • Help ensure AI initiatives are delivered in line with the requirements of a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

• Review, interpret, and understand National Highways technical documentation, standards, and compliance requirements. • Prepare and manage the product technical file in line with National Highways specification. • Identify gaps between existing product documentation and required compliance standards. • Coordinate the collection of technical evidence, certifications, test data, and supporting documentation. • Drive the product acceptance process through to completion by the December deadline. • Read and analyse technical product documentation, compliance files, and authority specifications. • Translate compliance requirements into clear actions for internal engineering and technical teams. • Ensure all technical documents are accurate, complete, structured, and submission-ready. • Maintain version control and auditability of all compliance-related documentation. • Liaise closely with technical teams in Germany and the UK. • Act as the key point of contact between the client and relevant highways or government authority stakeholders where required. • Understand and navigate the expectations of organisations such as National Highways, local highways authorities, and Transport for London. • Support communication between commercial, technical, and regulatory stakeholders. • Understand the commercial importance of achieving product acceptance within the target timeframe. • Support the client in positioning the product appropriately for use within UK highways and transport infrastructure. • Help interpret the nuances of working with government bodies, public authorities, and transport agencies.

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities across targeted LATAM countries • Conduct market research to understand government priorities, policies, and procurement pipelines • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to deal closure • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and sales meetings in Portuguese and/or Spanish • Negotiate and finalize contracts and pricing agreements in coordination with leadership • Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events across LATAM • Maintain regular follow-up communication with prospects and clients • Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams post-sale while maintaining ongoing client engagement

• Own and execute the business development strategy for government clients across Africa • Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams within the Transport sector • Monitor government policy shifts, competitor activity, and sector trends to shape strategy • Define and continuously refine target-market segmentation, key accounts, and territory plans • Take accountability for overall revenue targets, pipeline growth, and conversion rates • Build, coach, and develop the Regional Sales Executives / Business Development Representatives • Build sales processes and performance systems that improve conversion and execution quality • Build and maintain strong executive relationships with senior stakeholders in ministries, agencies, and transport authorities • Work closely with Marketing to guide campaigns, messaging, and sales collateral

• Collaborate with ACEs (Architects, Consultants, and Engineers) to promote awareness and preference for the organisation’s solutions in the design and specification of safety and security systems and support ACE to make designs • Identify ACEs in the market, maintain existing relationships, and proactively establish connections with key influencers • Develop and manage local ACE programs focused on securing the specification of the organisation’s unified critical communications (UCC) solutions, including PAVA, intercom, and platform integrations • Provide relevant content to support program success, including customer use cases, innovative design concepts, and product feature highlights • Assist Commercial teams in organising and delivering ACE meetings and presentations • Serve as a technical subject matter expert for Commercial teams, offering support during complex UCC project bids • Enhance the capabilities, key system integrators, and the organisation’s COEs (Centres of Excellence) through tailored training programs and promotion of e-learning programs • Act as a liaison between Commercial teams and Product Management to ensure local market needs are clearly communicated and addressed • Conduct competitive analysis and identify solution gaps to strengthen the organisation’s market positioning • Influence customer requirements and drive preference for the organisation’s solutions among strategic end customers • Identify business opportunities with ACEs

• Design and oversee the end-to-end GCP architecture • Act as the main point of reference for GCP-related topics within the project • Define and enforce best practices, governance, and security standards • Work independently and take ownership of architectural decisions • Design and manage IAM and UAM frameworks • Handle identity integration with external systems (e.g. SSO, federated identity providers) • Support integration, optimization, and potential evolution of the platform

• The Senior Contracts Manager will lead contract management of complex, major systems agreements within the transportation technology sector. • Provides expert advice on contractual risks, legal requirements and compliance standards. • Develops contractual strategies and drive growth by streamlining processes, reducing risk, and optimising commercial strategies. • Lead contractual responsibility for assigned complex, major systems (typically fixed price type) contracts for transit systems consisting of hardware, software, installation, related banking and retail, and other services for large local government public transit customers, from initial proposal through performance and including closeout; • Monitors the status of all contract deliverables for compliance with contract requirements; • Responsible for project change management and coordination of contractual activities; collaborates with Project Manager to develop effective strategies and recommendations to management for resolution of contractual issues; co-ordinates submission and negotiation of complex, high dollar value contract proposals, including change orders; • Resolves issues regarding contractual performance, including claims, changes, and terminations with little intervention from senior leadership; • Interacts with, briefs, and makes recommendations to management regarding the progress and impact of potential contract and subcontract-related activities on the project, prepares contract and subcontract reviews and reports on issues;

• Lead the systems engineering function across delivery projects, owning the full lifecycle from requirements development through to verification and acceptance • Act as the lead business analyst on key projects, gathering, analysing, and translating business needs into detailed system requirements • Produce and maintain high-quality systems engineering documentation, including: Requirements specifications, Interface control documents, Use cases, user stories, and workflow documentation, Requirements traceability matrices, Verification and validation plans • Collaborate with solution architects and product teams to ensure requirements are feasible, aligned with solution designs, and clearly understood • Facilitate cross-functional workshops with internal teams, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors • Oversee system verification activities, including test planning, test case development, and validation of delivered functionality • Ensure full traceability between requirements, design, development, and testing outcomes • Support defect triage, impact assessment, and continuous solution refinement throughout delivery • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, business analysts, and project teams • Contribute directly to project delivery to ensure successful end-to-end outcomes
