• Design and oversee the end-to-end GCP architecture • Act as the main point of reference for GCP-related topics within the project • Define and enforce best practices, governance, and security standards • Work independently and take ownership of architectural decisions • Design and manage IAM and UAM frameworks • Handle identity integration with external systems (e.g. SSO, federated identity providers) • Support integration, optimization, and potential evolution of the platform
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a GCP Cloud Architect in enterprise environments
- Strong seniority and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Deep knowledge of: GCP core services
- IAM (Identity and Access Management)
- User Access Management (UAM)
- Hands-on experience with: Identity federation and external integrations
- Security and access governance in cloud environments
- Experience in complex, multi-project GCP setups
- Language proficiency in Italian and English is mandatory.

This role is aimed at professionals working close to business processes – for example in controlling, FP&A, or data/analytics – who want to move into a consulting environment and work on how these processes are structured and implemented in systems.
