Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Fund Administrator to join our team and be responsible for a senior role with one of the Trusts that Tidal sponsors or external trusts sponsored by Tidal clients and partners. This role requires a strong ability to assist a team of administrators with various experience levels, prioritize in a constantly evolving workload, as well as to have very high proficiency in Excel and other financial applications. The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable to pace of work, and eager to work cross-functionally with various service providers and clients in the ETF ecosystem, as well as all internal groups within the organization. Also, we prefer the candidate to bring strong ETF industry experience and a collaborative mindset. This role will be responsible for guiding the day-to-day administration of a wide range of ETFs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory and operational standards, but ultimately under the oversight of a Trust Administration Manager. What you'll do - Provide guidance, training and development for staff administrators - Assist in managing daily fund accounting oversight, including NAV review - Assist in coordinating with third-party service providers (administrators, fund accountants, custodians, auditors, and legal counsel) to support fund operations - Review financial statements, board reports, and regulatory filings including Forms N-PORT, N-CEN, 24f-2, N-PX and N-CSR – as prepared internally or by external service providers - Prepare/review fund expenses and accruals, including fee waivers and other related fund expenses - Assist/Review in new fund launches, including operational setup, vendor onboarding, and documentation review - Collaborate with internal teams across compliance, legal, capital markets, and client services - Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and controls - Assist with regulatory exams, internal audits, and due diligence reviews Qualifications - Five to seven years of related work experience - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; MBA is desirable - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to shift priorities quickly and effectively - Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis - Ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-volume environment is very important - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders - Experience in fund administration, ETF operations, or financial services is expected in this role - Specific experience and knowledge with SEC regulatory requirements for funds is required Benefits - Exposure to the full ETF operations lifecycle, working with top-tier clients and industry service providers - Opportunity to grow in fund administration and expand technical expertise - A collaborative and engaging work environment where your contributions make a direct impact - We are prioritizing candidates who are located within proximity to Chicago, IL; Milwaukee, WI; New York City, NY; and West Palm Beach, FL

• Design, backtest, and refine ETF investment strategies using quantitative methodologies. • Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Compliance, Capital Markets, Trading) to optimize strategies for performance and scalability. • Develop and maintain proprietary tools for strategy simulation and performance analysis. • Integrate options and other derivatives into product strategies and risk management frameworks. • Utilize Value-at-Risk (VaR)-based frameworks to assess and manage product risks. • Independently generate and propose innovative ETF product ideas tailored to evolving market trends and client needs. • Monitor and identify emerging trends across the U.S. ’40 Act ETF landscape to inform product roadmap and ideation pipeline. • Draft and review prospectus language and ETF strategy disclosures to support execution from concept to filing. • Partner closely with Business Development and Client Success teams to ensure product development priorities align with business objectives and growth initiatives. • Mentor and guide junior team members.

• Preparing and/or reviewing Form N-CSR, N-PORT Part F, and other SEC filings of ETFs • Producing and performing detailed reviews of GAAP financial statements • Assisting Trust Administration teams in coordinating ETF audits • Liaising with senior Fund Administration team members • Contributing to process improvements and technology enhancements

• Oversee and perform nightly quality control review of ETF NAV calculations, ensuring accuracy and completeness prior to dissemination. • Validate portfolio holdings, pricing sources, corporate actions, income accruals, and expense allocations impacting daily NAV. • Investigate and resolve NAV breaks, pricing discrepancies, and reconciliation differences with fund accounting teams and custodians. • Maintain and enhance NAV oversight procedures and control frameworks. • Review security valuations and pricing sources, including third-party pricing vendors and fair value adjustments. • Evaluate and escalate stale prices, significant price movements, and pricing exceptions. • Coordinate with internal valuation committees and portfolio management where necessary. • Ensure compliance with valuation policies and regulatory guidance (e.g., fair valuation frameworks). • Review and validate liquidity classifications for portfolio securities. • Ensure consistency with internal liquidity risk management programs and regulatory requirements. • Identify securities that may require enhanced monitoring due to market stress, low trading volume, or pricing challenges. • Serve as the primary liaison with external accounting firms and auditors during annual and semi-annual audits. • Develop and implement quality control processes to strengthen fund administration oversight.

• Coordinate the monthly collection of portfolio, financial, and reference data for 300+ funds from multiple internal and external sources • Validate, reconcile, and analyze data to ensure completeness and accuracy prior to regulatory submission • Identify and resolve data discrepancies by coordinating with advisers, fund accountants, custodians, and data vendors • Ingest and format data within standardized reporting templates for Forms N-PORT and N-CEN filings • Prepare and/or review regulatory filings, including Forms N-PORT, N-CEN, 24f-2, N-PX, and N-CSR, whether prepared internally or by external service providers • Support new fund launches, including operational setup, vendor coordination, and documentation review • Assist with regulatory exams, internal audits, and due diligence reviews • Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes and internal controls • Provide guidance and training to junior administrators • Collaborate with internal teams including Compliance, Legal, Capital Markets, and Client Services • Coordinate with third-party service providers such as administrators, fund accountants, custodians, auditors, and legal counsel

• Provide legal counsel and guidance on all legal matters relevant to SEC-registered investment advisers, investment companies, and fund administration firms. • Support Tidal clients by drafting registration statements, annual updates, and other required documentation with a focus on ensuring investment strategy descriptions are clear, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements. • Draft principal investment strategies and risk disclosures for Funds that use complex strategies, including those that extensively use derivative instruments. • Engage in consultative business and investment solution activities to develop and strengthen existing relationships. • Review, research, interpret, and provide both written and oral guidance on a wide variety of legal issues facing Tidal. • Prepare filings and documents for new Tidal-provided services, such as creating new trusts and drafting proxy and information statements (and related documentation). • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

• Prepare, review, and process account opening and onboarding documentation for new client relationships • Ensure all required forms, agreements, and disclosures are completed accurately and in compliance with internal and regulatory requirements • Coordinate account setup activities across internal and third party systems and operational platforms • Track onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding items to meet ETF launch timelines • Partner with Client Success, Legal, and Operations teams to facilitate smooth client launches • Serve as an internal point of contact for onboarding-related questions and status updates • Escalate issues or risks that may delay account opening or impact client experience • Support client-facing teams by ensuring a seamless and professional onboarding experience • Assist with client inquiries related to onboarding documentation and account setup • Maintain accurate onboarding records, checklists, and documentation repositories • Update internal systems and CRM tools with onboarding status and account details • Identify opportunities to improve onboarding workflows, documentation, and controls • Support reviews and reporting related to account opening activities

• Build and maintain integrations between SaaS platforms (Notion, Slack, monday.com , HubSpot, Snowflake, etc.) using Python and REST/GraphQL APIs • Design and implement automated workflows for business processes — intake forms, notification systems, data syncing, status tracking, approvals • Build and manage databases and structured workflows in tools like Notion to replace ad-hoc spreadsheets and email-based processes • Write clean, maintainable Python scripts and services; deploy and monitor them in production • Work directly with business stakeholders to scope automation opportunities, gather requirements, and iterate on solutions • Document integrations, workflows, and runbooks so the team can maintain and extend what you build • Identify and flag opportunities to use AI (e.g., Claude API) to enhance automations where it adds clear value

• Design and develop backend services, APIs, and real-time systems for internal trading applications and external-facing client platforms in C# / .NET 10, with a focus on reliability, performance, and maintainability. • Build and maintain integrations with Bloomberg using REST, FIX, and Pub/Sub APIs to support trading operations, market data, and transaction reporting workflows. • Implement real-time data delivery using SignalR and messaging patterns using Redis for caching, queueing, and pub/sub messaging. • Design and query relational data models using Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and PostgreSQL (AWS Aurora), while collaborating with the Data team on shared data needs, including Snowflake. • Implement and maintain application security, including SSO for internal applications and appropriate authentication/authorization patterns (OAuth2, OpenID Connect) for external-facing platforms. • Partner closely with frontend, data, and DevOps teams to define API contracts, align on requirements, and deliver solutions collaboratively and efficiently. • Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and engineering standards, with an emphasis on clarity, simplicity, and long-term scalability.
