Financial Reporting Analyst
Tidal Financial Group
• Preparing and/or reviewing Form N-CSR, N-PORT Part F, and other SEC filings of ETFs • Producing and performing detailed reviews of GAAP financial statements • Assisting Trust Administration teams in coordinating ETF audits • Liaising with senior Fund Administration team members • Contributing to process improvements and technology enhancements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience
- 1 - 3 years of investment industry experience, preferably with SEC filing requirements
- Knowledge and experience with applicable SEC filings
- Knowledge of GAAP financial accounting and reporting for regulated investment companies
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
