Launch Operations Analyst
Tidal Financial Group
• Prepare, review, and process account opening and onboarding documentation for new client relationships • Ensure all required forms, agreements, and disclosures are completed accurately and in compliance with internal and regulatory requirements • Coordinate account setup activities across internal and third party systems and operational platforms • Track onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding items to meet ETF launch timelines • Partner with Client Success, Legal, and Operations teams to facilitate smooth client launches • Serve as an internal point of contact for onboarding-related questions and status updates • Escalate issues or risks that may delay account opening or impact client experience • Support client-facing teams by ensuring a seamless and professional onboarding experience • Assist with client inquiries related to onboarding documentation and account setup • Maintain accurate onboarding records, checklists, and documentation repositories • Update internal systems and CRM tools with onboarding status and account details • Identify opportunities to improve onboarding workflows, documentation, and controls • Support reviews and reporting related to account opening activities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 0–3 years of experience in operations, onboarding, account services, or a related role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience in financial services, investment management, fintech, or a regulated environment (preferred)
- Familiarity with account opening, client onboarding, or operational workflows (preferred)
- Experience working with CRM or onboarding systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar tools) (preferred)
- Exposure to compliance, KYC, AML, or client documentation processes (preferred)
