Senior Content Strategist (Conversational Design & Writing) Remote, Eastern Time Zone Design+ Remote Full-time We’re looking for a Senior Content Strategist to shape AI-powered and human-centered experiences across digital products. You’ll define how systems communicate by designing intelligent, responsive interactions that feel natural, clear, and useful. In this role, you’ll bring expertise in conversational design, crafting dialogue for chatbots and AI assistants that builds trust and clarity. You’ll extend that thinking across product experiences by guiding UX writing, voice and tone, and scalable content systems. Ultimately, you’ll help design not just what products say, but how they think, respond, and connect with users. This role is centered on product and UX content strategy. While adjacent, experience in social media, marketing, PR, or traditional copywriting is not the focus of the work our clients partner with us to solve. You’ll be fully embedded with a strategic client partner, collaborating daily with their stakeholders, working within their processes and structures, and representing Think Company through strong delivery, communication, and consulting acumen. As a Senior Front-End Engineer, you’ll build and maintain responsive, performant web applications within a cross-functional Scrum team—turning design vision into polished, accessible interfaces that serve real users at scale.
