Role Description The UX Lead (Product & Growth) will take full ownership of user experience design and research across high-growth digital products, turning UX into a measurable driver of product performance. You will lead designers and frontend engineers, establish scalable design systems, and implement structured, data-driven UX research to optimize activation, retention, and conversion.
