Description The Senior Product Designer with Hyper Solutions partners closely with Product and Engineering leadership to shape the user experience across Hyper’s internal and customer-facing software platforms. This role focuses on transforming complex operational workflows into intuitive, scalable product experiences that support real-world manufacturing, logistics, and engineering environments. Design at Hyper is a core part of product discovery and delivery. Additional Responsibilities - Improve product consistency by introducing reusable interaction patterns and design standards. - Advocate for user-centered design practices across the product development process. - Contribute to long-term design system development and product experience guidelines. We’re particularly interested in seeing projects that demonstrate: - The problem and constraints you were solving - Your design process and decision-making - How you collaborated with product and engineering teams - What shipped (or what you learned if it didn’t) - The impact or outcomes of the work Why Hyper? At Hyper, design is a strategic partner to Product and Engineering, not a downstream service. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll help shape the experience of software used to operate mission-critical infrastructure and manufacturing systems. You’ll have a seat at the table with leadership, ownership of meaningful product areas, and the opportunity to establish scalable design practices as the platform grows. In addition to competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, including employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage and a 401(k) with company match, Hyper offers the opportunity to influence product direction while building experiences that solve real-world operational challenges.
