What You’ll Do Proposal Writing - Write, edit, and format content across Technical, Management, Staffing, Past Performance, and other required volumes. - Translate capture strategy, SME input, and solution artifacts into clear, compelling, and compliant narrative. - Ensure all content aligns with solicitation requirements, evaluation criteria, government standards, and agency expectations. - Interview SMEs to extract technical, functional, and program‑specific information. - Develop supporting materials including resumes, past performance writeups, staffing rationales, management plans, and narrative appendices.
