This position teaches in the Master of Science in Organizational Leadership in the competency-based education format. Instructors at East Texas A&M University are required to work cooperatively with others and contribute service to their discipline, the university, and the community. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - As assigned by the Assistant Dean and under the direction of the Dean, serve as instructor of record for discipline-specific courses within the College of Innovation and Design. - Responsible for providing instruction and on-demand assistance with content in the major coursework and/or selected electives. The primary role of the instructor is to engage the student during the learning process and provide student-centered approaches to instruction.
