Job Description

EA & Executive Operations

Teton

Role Description This role supports our CEO and Operations Director. You'll start with their travel, calendars, and inbox, and take on more over time. Early on it's mostly hands-on: booking travel that doesn't fall apart, keeping two calendars straight, and handling emails. As you learn how things work, it grows - coordinating board and OKR cycles, running town hall logistics, and chasing down the cross-team things that tend to slip. You're in the details here, not above them. What you'll do - Own travel, calendars, and scheduling for the CEO and Ops Director - booked right, nothing dropped. - Triage the inbox: handle what doesn't need a founder, draft the rest, keep threads moving. - As you ramp, help run board prep, quarterly OKRs, the monthly townhall, and the follow-ups. - Own the loose ends no one else does, and close them. - Over time, flag the bottlenecks and risks we're too close to see. Qualifications - Sharp - you get to the point of a messy situation fast and learn quickly. - Proactive - you sort things out instead of waiting to be told. - Careful - details don't slip; the flight is in the right name. - Unfussy - happy to book a trip and prep a board doc in the same hour. - Discreet - comfortable around board, comp, and strategy. - Strong written and spoken English. - A few years in something demanding - EA, consulting, operations, or a startup. What you've done matters more than the title it had. - (Bonus) you bring a legal background. Benefits - Equity in Teton (warrants). - Work with state-of-the-art technology in a pioneering field. - A role where you can make a significant impact on healthcare delivery. - Work with the smartest people, and opportunity to learn from your peers. Company Description Teton is building the foundational data layer for the point of care, using real-time, multimodal AI to generate a digital twin of the patient and care environment. Our product alleviates the administrative inefficiencies and observational tasks that overburden healthcare professionals, enabling them to provide better patient care. Through a combination of in-room hardware, AI, and desktop and mobile applications, Teton helps create a seamless healthcare experience for both patients and providers. We're a growing team of extremely hard-working and talented people. The learning curves are steep, and expanding your skill set isn't just encouraged, it's expected. It's a hands-on environment where you'll be challenged, supported, and constantly learning. If you're looking for the vibe of a large corporation, Teton might not be the place for you – but if you value ownership and entrepreneurship over just another 9-5, and you want a ride and not just a job, jump on board!

• Quality strategy for our clinical platform • Define what quality means at Heartbeat, how we measure it, and how we improve it - across partner-specific configurations, clinical decision support, workflow orchestration, and integration points. You own the quality outcomes, not just the test artifacts. • Validation architecture • Design the systems that make validation fast, reliable, and low-friction - test data strategies, environment management, automation frameworks, CI/CD integration. Give engineers back time by making quality infrastructure a force multiplier, not a tax. • Release confidence • Strengthen release predictability by systematizing validation earlier in the development lifecycle. When something ships, the team should know - with evidence - that it works. • Embedded cross-functional partnership • This is not a handoff role. You'll sit inside the development process - participating in refinement, influencing how work is scoped and acceptance criteria are defined, shaping what "done" means. You're a core member of a small, high-impact team where everyone has direct access to product, engineering, and clinical leadership. • Exploratory testing where it matters • Perform targeted exploratory testing on high-risk areas - new features, edge cases, partner-specific configuration behavior, clinical workflow paths. You know when automation is the right tool and when human judgment is the only tool.
