Job Description
Product Manager
Teton
Role Description We're hiring a Product Manager who will own product initiatives end-to-end — from discovery through launch — for a product used every day by caregivers, nurses, and operators in senior living communities across the country. You will report to the Director of Product Management, within the Product and Engineering organization. This role is built around proximity to the US senior living market. You'll spend meaningful time on-site with customers — observing workflows, sitting with staff, and pressure-testing our product against the realities of care delivery. Key Responsibilities - Lead product initiatives from idea to launch — discovery, scoping, prioritization, and shipping with design and engineering. - Define success metrics for your area and own the outcomes. - Bring clarity and structure to ambiguous problem spaces; make tradeoffs grounded in customer reality, not internal opinion. - Spend meaningful time on-site with US customers — senior living operators, care staff, and clinical leadership — and translate field observations into concrete product decisions. - Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to land features in market — shape positioning, enablement materials, and launch narratives so what we ship actually gets adopted. - Run beta and adoption programs — recruit pilot customers, structure feedback loops, and drive feature uptake in the field. - Build deep technical fluency in our computer-vision and AI stack — enough to scope feasibly, push back on engineering, and make the right build calls. - Communicate clearly across teams, time zones, and the Copenhagen and US teams. Qualifications - 5+ years of product management experience, ideally on B2B software. - Track record of owning a product area end-to-end and shipping outcomes (not just features) — comfortable being the most senior PM in the room with customers and partners. - Experience at a fast-moving growth-stage startup. You're comfortable with ambiguity, fast cycles, and owning outcomes without a playbook. - Strong product thinking — discovery, prioritization, scoping, shipping. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Comfort spending significant time in the field — this is not a desk job. - Ability to develop deep technical understanding of complex products (AI systems, data pipelines, or hardware-software systems). - Structured thinking and strong problem-solving ability. - Based in the US, with the ability to travel domestically for customer work. Requirements - Experience in healthcare, senior living, or another regulated, high-stakes industry (Nice to Have). - Experience with AI, computer vision, or data-heavy products (Nice to Have). - Experience working closely with sales and customer-facing teams (Nice to Have). - Experience operating in a distributed product org (especially across US and Europe) (Nice to Have). Location & Travel - Our US office is in Boulder, Colorado. If you're based there or open to relocating, we'd love that. - We're equally open to remote candidates across the US. - Required travel across the US to customer sites. This is core to the role, not occasional. - Occasional travel to our headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark. Benefits - Competitive Salary and participation in our warrant program. - Work with state-of-the-art technology in a pioneering field. - A vibrant, learning-focused work environment. - A role where you can make a significant impact on care delivery. What It's Like Working at Teton We're a growing team of extremely hard-working and talented people. The learning curves are steep, and expanding your skill set is not just encouraged — it's expected. It's a hands-on environment where you'll be challenged, supported, and constantly learning. We are looking for people who believe in our long-term vision and value ownership and entrepreneurship rather than just another 9-5 job. With us you will have an opportunity to truly make an impact on the world with the outcomes of your work. So, if you are looking for a ride and not just a job – jump on board 😊

Role Description Join Our Flash Team as a Lead, Technical Product Manager (Digital)! We’re seeking a Lead / Senior Technical Product Manager (TPM) to own the end-to-end delivery and execution of initiatives across our Digital product vertical—driving execution from ideation through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure high-quality, predictable delivery. This is a hands-on, execution-first role where you will: - Translate product vision into clear, actionable engineering plans. - Lead Agile execution and take full ownership of delivery outcomes across complex, cross-functional initiatives. - Operate at the center of Product, Engineering, and Design—bringing structure to ambiguity, driving alignment, and ensuring teams are set up to deliver with speed and precision. Success in this role means: - Digital products move from concept to launch with clarity and momentum. - Engineering teams operate with minimal ambiguity. - Features are delivered predictably with high quality and strong customer impact. You are someone who sees around corners—identifying risks early, removing blockers quickly, and continuously improving how teams plan, build, and ship. This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on customer-facing digital experiences at scale, with meaningful ownership, high visibility, and the ability to shape how modern product and delivery teams operate—leveraging evolving tools, including AI, to work smarter and move faster. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Management, or similar roles. - Proven track record delivering complex software initiatives end-to-end in Agile environments. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), APIs, and modern system architectures. - Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, and QA teams. - Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and modern collaboration tools. - Experience writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Requirements - Proven experience delivering complex, customer-facing digital products (web, mobile, or multi-surface) end-to-end. - Strong command of Agile delivery with hands-on experience leading sprint planning, backlog refinement, and execution. - Ability to translate product strategy into clear, actionable epics, user stories, and detailed functional specifications. - Solid technical fluency, including APIs, system integrations, and modern software architectures. - Experience partnering closely with Engineering on implementation trade-offs, dependencies, and sequencing. - Deep working knowledge of Jira and Confluence for backlog management, workflow visibility, and delivery tracking. - Demonstrated ability to use data and delivery metrics (velocity, throughput, defects) to improve team performance. - Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., for documentation, workflow optimization, or productivity); experience within the Atlassian ecosystem is a plus. Benefits - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance. - 401(k) with company match. - Paid time off and flexible work environment. - Opportunities for professional growth and development.
• Apply SME knowledge of B2B customer needs to drive the end-to-end product planning and execution for complex product lines, ensuring alignment with company-wide strategic goals and focusing on capabilities that drive utilization and meaningful ROI for our employer customers. • Define the B2B roadmap, spanning our native platform and integrations within the HR tech ecosystem, influencing investment decisions and resourcing across departments. • Conduct discovery with internal customer-facing teams, customers and HR partners to validate problems and identify high-value opportunities. • Optimize the customer experience to drive adoption, utilization, satisfaction and retention inclusive of redefining onboarding flows, optimizing customer touchpoints, and developing integration and partner strategies. Navigate across complex customer hiring workflows, fragmented tech stacks and a robust partner ecosystem. • Lead a cross-functional agile product squad with engineering, design, and business partners to deliver breakthrough features and capabilities at speed and scale. Define and write product epics and requirements, and maintain a rigorous prioritization framework that balances strategic business impact, technical feasibility and user value. • Lead product go-to-market (GTM) strategies in partnership with sales, marketing, customer success, and operations, ensuring cohesive, high-impact product launches. • Design and execute experimentation programs (e.g., A/B testing, multivariate testing) to optimize customer journeys, validate hypotheses, and drive KPI improvements. • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, reporting product performance, roadmap progress, and key risks or dependencies. • Anticipate market trends, emerging technologies, and evolving customer needs to identify and shape net-new product opportunities.
• This is a broad Senior PM role on the quality, trust, and communication side of service delivery — setting the right expectations on both sides, steering Pros to deliver great work, resolving conflicting interests fairly, and making our AI-powered support genuinely good. • You'll work on live, high-scale systems with a mandate to make them better. • You'll work alongside other PMs; your center of gravity is the trust between both sides of the marketplace. • You'll shape strategy, policy, and the systems behind a whole slice of the post-booking experience — not optimize one screen. • You'll build the policies and the decision systems that resolve these fairly and consistently at scale — and make the judgment call yourself when there's no clean answer. • You'll own the eval systems — golden datasets, automated judges, regression detection, human-review sampling — that define what 'good' means for an open-ended conversation.
• The PM team: Lead, coach, and multiply three already-strong PMs — and hire more as we grow. • Prioritization: Own the growth/retention/profitability tradeoffs on one shared roadmap — what gets built, what waits, what we kill. • Multi-service strategy: Turn one proven vertical into a repeatable playbook across services, designing for customers and Pros as one system. • Agent-native direction: Own how AI and agents show up in what we build — for our team, our customers, and our Pros. • Cross-functional partnership: Be the product leader the rest of the company trusts to make the right calls.
