• Own end-to-end deployment of Teton devices into US customer facilities • Plan and project-manage larger multi-site rollouts, coordinating timelines across internal teams, customers, and third-party installers • Coordinate with site maintenance, installers, and customer IT to schedule and execute installs • Configure, cable, and validate compute boxes and connected sensors on customer networks • Monitor device uptime across deployments, investigate issues, and drive resolution • Hand off operational deployments to ongoing IT support cleanly and with documentation
Job Requirements
- Hands-on experience deploying hardware or IoT into customer environments, including cabling compute and sensor setups
- Solid understanding of IT networking and comfort working alongside customer IT teams
- Project management skills: able to plan multi-site rollouts and keep installers, customers, and internal teams aligned
- Customer-first mindset—you find satisfaction in making customers successful
- Comfortable with Linux and basic command-line troubleshooting
- Strong coordination and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience managing third-party installation vendors
- Willing to travel frequently across the US
