• Organize and oversee the execution of corporate events, trade shows, conventions, training sessions and institutional activities. • Manage schedules and tasks, ensuring deadlines are met. • Monitor and control the budget for each event, ensuring adherence to the financial plan. • Oversee the development and production of communication and promotional materials (banners, giveaways, presentations and institutional materials). • Support brand positioning activities and product launches at events and trade shows. • Have basic design skills to assist in editing communication materials. • Contribute to the event promotion strategy with a tactical mindset and results focus. • Support marketing activities related to events, such as promotional campaigns, invitations and audience communications.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in marketing with a focus on events.
- Must reside in Maringá or surrounding area.
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Marketing, Communication, Advertising or related fields.
- Experience with design tools (Canva).
- Ensure the fulfillment of event deadlines and timelines.
- Strong communication skills for internal and external team alignment.
- Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Marketing, Communication or related fields;
- Portfolio/case studies of event production and sponsorships.
- Experience in digital marketing promotion.
- Basic knowledge of Growth Marketing and sales funnel applied to events.

Role Description The Nurse Practitioner delivers annual risk assessment in a residential setting or telehealth, within the scope of practice for a Nurse Practitioner, as delegated by the Collaborative Physician.
