Technical Consultant Trainee – Electronic Tax Documents

• Customer Support and Empowerment - Handle low-complexity requests (chat and ticket), guiding customers on how to resolve the presented issue and promoting customer autonomy for future situations. • Scenario Analysis and Simulations - Assist in simulating scenarios and customer-reported issues, contributing to fast and effective solutions. • Improvement Proposals - Create and suggest improvements and fixes to the Product Owner (PO), always seeking to evolve our products and processes. • Documentation and Support Reduction - Identify and implement improvements to support and product documentation, ensuring customers can find quick answers without needing to contact support. • Validation and Development Support - Assist with validations and tests when necessary, supporting the development team to ensure product excellence. • Complete Ticket Validation - Ensure that all tickets submitted to the development team include detailed simulations and necessary attachments to expedite analysis. • SLA Compliance - Monitor and ensure that agreed deadlines for each ticket are met, avoiding delays and rework.
Job Requirements
- Passion for customer support and problem resolution.
- Experience with relevant tools (e.g., support platforms, ticket management systems, and XML/JSON editor).
- Basic understanding of electronic tax documents (e.g., NFe, NFCe, MDFe, CTe, and CTe OS).
- Basic understanding of programming logic and databases to solve day-to-day challenges.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Delphi, C#, VB6, PHP, Java).
- Availability for on-call duties when required.
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs and how they work (differential).
- Understanding of eSocial/Reinf/Sped (differential).
