• Develop and execute creative strategy for performance marketing across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google UAC, and other paid acquisition channels. • Generate strong ad concepts, hooks, angles, and hypotheses aimed at improving CTR, CVR, CAC, ROAS, and LTV. • Own the full creative production process — from idea generation and scripting to briefing, production, testing, and iteration. • Collaborate closely with designers, motion designers, video editors, media buyers, product, and analytics teams. • Build and manage a structured creative testing system to identify winning concepts and scale top-performing creatives. • Analyze creative performance data and translate insights into clear next steps for production. • Monitor competitor activity, creative trends, TikTok culture, UGC formats, and emerging performance-marketing patterns. • Work with external agencies, creators, and production partners when needed. • Define and maintain creative quality standards, design systems, and brand consistency across campaigns. • Mentor and guide creative team members while setting a high bar for execution and performance.
• Own and execute the end-to-end onboarding journey, from post-sale handoff through onboarding completion. • Lead technical deployments, platform configuration, integrations, and feature activation aligned with security and operational best practices. • Deliver onboarding workshops, training sessions, and enablement programs for customers and partners. • Drive rapid time-to-value by helping customers achieve meaningful adoption early in their lifecycle. • Identify onboarding risks, including technical, operational, and engagement challenges, and proactively drive resolution. • Act as a technical escalation point during onboarding, coordinating with Support, Product, and R&D teams when needed. • Track onboarding milestones, progress, and risks while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. • Guide customers on secure platform configuration and cybersecurity best practices. • Support customers in improving their security posture through recommended configurations and feature adoption. • Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure a seamless transition from onboarding to ongoing success. • Educate customers and internal stakeholders on risk reduction strategies and optimal product usage. • Identify configuration gaps, adoption challenges, and security risks, and recommend remediation plans. • Help define and optimize onboarding methodologies, playbooks, and best practices. • Contribute to scalable customer journey processes across onboarding and early lifecycle stages. • Share customer insights and trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and customer outcomes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of User Acquisition Managers, ensuring high performance and continuous growth. • Own the planning, execution, and optimization of paid acquisition campaigns across channels such as Google, Meta, X/Twitter, and emerging platforms. • Define user acquisition strategy and identify new growth opportunities across products and markets. • Monitor campaign performance and ensure the team consistently achieves CPA, ROAS, and revenue targets. • Drive creative testing initiatives and establish structured A/B testing frameworks to improve campaign performance. • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Analytics, and Leadership teams to align acquisition efforts with business goals. • Support advertising budget planning, forecasting, and resource allocation. • Analyze market trends, platform updates, and competitive activity to maintain a competitive advantage. • Build scalable processes, reporting frameworks, and best practices across the user acquisition function.
• Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of new subscription products and funnels: Build → Launch → Test → Scale → Localization. • Coordinate multiple product launches simultaneously while ensuring smooth execution and adherence to performance milestones. • Work directly with the CEO and Product COO to identify, prioritize, and execute new product opportunities. • Analyze funnel performance, customer behavior, conversion metrics, retention, churn, and LTV to drive product decisions. • Collaborate closely with paid acquisition teams across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels to maximize growth opportunities. • Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify winning product concepts and funnel mechanics. • Develop and continuously improve scalable processes, playbooks, and operational frameworks for launching new products efficiently. • Leverage AI tools for research, funnel analysis, UX reviews, data interpretation, and content optimization. • Make data-driven recommendations on whether to scale, optimize, or discontinue products based on performance.
• Coordinate the full fulfilment process for tours — from ticket purchase and supplier assignment to on-tour client assistance. • Verify and prepare upcoming bookings, guaranteeing that all logistics, timing, and service elements are perfectly aligned. • Create accurate operational communications, including tour reminders, client updates, and supplier confirmations. • Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms to provide assistance, manage last-minute changes, and resolve on-tour disruptions with calm and professionalism. • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Operations, Guide Management, and Sales teams to ensure smooth delivery and excellent client experiences. • Apply problem-solving and prioritisation to high-pressure or time-sensitive situations, balancing multiple demands while maintaining accuracy. • Stay current with evolving products, procedures, and conditions.

User Acquisition Manager – X Ads, Twitter Ads

• Launch, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns on X Ads • Manage budgets of hundreds of thousands of dollars • Drive performance against our core KPIs: Spend and CPA • Analyze campaign performance, test creatives and audiences • Work closely with the creative and analytics teams • Identify new growth opportunities and acquisition strategies
• Provide top-tier customer support via emails • Handle escalations and complex cases • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience • Track and analyze customer feedback to identify trends • Assist with developing and improving support processes and policies • Support the onboarding and training of new team members • Prepare regular reports on support performance and customer satisfaction • Work structured shifts: Days off: Thursday—Friday, Night shift (23:00 — 07:00)
• Installation, configuration, and fine-tuning of Cynet products (remote and occasional on-site, if required). • Working closely with customers to ensure full deployment, optimization, and ongoing support. • Creating supporting documentation and knowledge base articles for customers. • Delivering formal remote training sessions and hands-on guidance to Cynet customers. • Providing Tier 2 support – including in-depth investigations and delivering workarounds or permanent solutions while meeting SLAs. • Collaborating closely with the SOC and R&D teams to ensure fast and effective issue resolution. • Understanding customer needs and contributing feedback to help shape and improve the Cynet product.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns in Dating vertical across Native advertising platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, Revcontent), Criteo, and other traffic sources • Manage and scale big monthly budgets, ensuring efficiency and profitability • Monitor and improve core performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and LTV • Conduct structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and funnels • Identify and validate new traffic sources and growth opportunities • Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to drive scaling decisions • Maintain full ownership of campaign performance and budget allocation • Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and market trends
