• Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns in Dating vertical across Native advertising platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, Revcontent), Criteo, and other traffic sources • Manage and scale big monthly budgets, ensuring efficiency and profitability • Monitor and improve core performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and LTV • Conduct structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and funnels • Identify and validate new traffic sources and growth opportunities • Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to drive scaling decisions • Maintain full ownership of campaign performance and budget allocation • Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and market trends
Job Requirements
- Proven experience managing large paid media budgets in Dating vertical
- Strong hands-on expertise in native advertising platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, Revcontent)
- Demonstrated success scaling campaigns while maintaining or improving CPA and ROAS
- Strong analytical mindset with deep understanding of performance metrics and attribution
- High level of ownership, self-management, and accountability
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher (written and spoken)

The Role Cash App is seeking asenior integrated marketing leaderto own and deliver the company's highest-impact consumer campaigns across Cash App and Afterpay - spanning banking, payments, and Buy Now Pay Later. This role is for a full-funnel campaign marketing leader who can set the strategic frame, make clear tradeoffs, shape distinctive creative, and orchestrate media to drive meaningful brand and product impact at scale. This leader will be the directly responsible owner for integrated campaign strategy, connecting product storytelling to culture, community, and real consumer needs - driving measurable brand and product lift across awareness, consideration, and adoption. The ideal candidate is deeply experienced in owning large-scale, high-stakes campaign s (from ~$10M to $50M+), excels at partnering with Creative and Media teams, and knows how to translate insight into work that moves both hearts and metrics. Success in this role will be defined by step-change improvements in brand relevance, product understanding, and sustained growth across Cash App and Afterpay's consumer ecosystem, as well as by establishing a clear, repeatable operating model for integrated campaigns that increases clarity, speed, and impact over time. Key Responsibilities Strategic & Campaign Leadership Serve as the single accountable owner for integrated consumer campaign strategy across Cash App and Afterpay, ensuring alignment with brand vision, product priorities, and long-term growth goals. Own the development of full-funnel campaign frameworks - from audience insight and strategic positioning through creative expression, channel activation, and measurement - with authority to make final decisions when tradeoffs are required. Partner closely with Creative Strategy and Brand Design to shape distinctive, culturally resonant creative platforms that connect product benefits to real consumer moments and communities, while maintaining accountability for campaign outcomes. Lead cross-functional go-to-market planning across Product, Creative, Brand Media, Data Science, and Comms to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns, b ringing clarity when ownership or direction is ambiguous. Act as a senior decision-maker who can influence lead across disciplines and levels, bringing clarity, conviction, and momentum to complex, high-stakes initiatives. Media, Investment & Activation Own campaign investment strategy and budget allocation as a strategic tradeoff lever across paid, owned, and earned channels - ensuring media strategies ladder up to campaign objectives and long-term brand and business value. Partner with Channel, Brand Media, and Finance teams to allocate spend intelligently across upper- and lower-funnel efforts, balancing brand building with performance impact and making clear calls when priorities compete. Activate campaigns across a diverse media mix (e.g., video, digital, social, OOH, partnerships, experiential), optimizing for reach, relevance, and results. Manage and steward large-scale budgets ranging from $10M to $50M+, with accountability for impact, not just delivery. Product Storytelling & Cultural Relevance Translate complex financial and product capabilities (e.g., banking, payments, BNPL) into clear, compelling consumer narratives that drive understanding and trust. Connect product storytelling to cultural moments, communities, and lived experiences - ensuring campaigns feel timely, authentic, and emotionally resonant. You Have 12+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign leadership, or related roles. 5+ years owning large-scale, full-funnel consumer campaigns, including budget and cross-channel investment planning. Proven track record delivering campaigns that drive measurable brand and product outcomes. Deep expertise in campaign orchestration, media activation, and execution at scale.
