Key Responsibilities - Deliver engaging and effective in-person and virtual training programs to employees across various departments and at varying levels of the organization. - Facilitate live and virtual training and coaching sessions, adapting methods to diverse learner needs. - Identify skill gaps and implement targeted training strategies to improve outcomes. - Develop physical and digital training materials with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. - Maintain accurate training records and manage administrative tasks. - Evaluate and improve training effectiveness through participant assessments, feedback, stakeholder reviews, and performance data. - Collaborate with leaders to align training initiatives with business priorities. - Improve and update training content by applying best practices and industry trends. - Use virtual meeting and collaboration tools proficiently and reliably, assisting others with troubleshooting. - Participate in professional development and self-improvement initiatives sponsored by System Pavers. - Complete tasks and special projects on time and with excellence. - Manage time effectively to balance training, logistics, and administrative responsibilities. - Travel up to 25% to deliver training and provide field support. Experience & Skills - Experience in training and coaching roles for employees at all levels, from new hires to senior leadership. - Business-to-consumer sales background preferred. - Demonstrated use of ADDIE to create effective learning experiences. - Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills. - Proven ability to manage time, adapt to change, and work both independently and collaboratively. - High attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Proficiency with virtual training tools and willingness to assist others with troubleshooting. - Positive, proactive, and professional attitude. - Ability to travel up to 25%. - Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field is preferred.
