Role Description Your future role at a glance - Location: Remote - Department/Specialty: Growth and Ancillary Business - Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8AM-5PM - Salary Range: $87,463.20-$121,918.37 per year How you'll make an impact in this role: - Serve as a resource for other analysts. - Perform analysis and reporting regarding financial operations and information. - Perform statistical, cost and financial analysis of data extracted from various internal sources. - Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes. - Serve as consultant to management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures. - Load final budget spreads into applicable systems and perform required reconciliations. - Communicate and collaborate with both internal and external partners. Qualifications - High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. - 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred. • 75% Focus on AI & Chat: The core of the role is validating that the chat interface accurately understands user intent and that the LLM responses are precise. • Total Autonomy: You will operate as the only QA engineer on the project, fully owning and defining the testing strategy without needing day-to-day direction. • Direct Technical Collaboration: You will actively participate in daily scrums to report behaviors, work side-by-side with developers to troubleshoot data/schema issues, and retest fixes. • Structured Documentation: You are responsible for creating clear, logical, and well-structured QA documentation and test plans.
