Role Description Garud Technology Services is seeking a Senior MS Access Database Developer to support the USDA FPAC BOB Financial Management Tool. This role focuses on maintaining and enhancing a Microsoft Access front-end integrated with a MariaDB database in AWS, supporting financial reporting, system performance, data integrity, and user access in a federal financial management environment. - Lead development, maintenance, and optimization of the MS Access front-end and AWS/MariaDB back-end environment. - Manage forms, queries, reporting tables, automation, and ODBC connectivity. - Support performance tuning, error resolution, version control, and data integrity. - Maintain reporting processes, including standard report refresh activities and documentation. - Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements. - Support access and role management, data validation, upgrades, migrations, and change documentation. - Help maintain the system of record used for portfolio and financial management reporting.
