• Deliver Automation Projects in the Automation Program Portfolio • Design, develop and implement various process improvement tools and techniques including Workflow, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning (ML) to meet end-to-end business requirements • Map the as-is process, explore, identify, and test new innovative technology or solution for process re-engineering/digitization/automation • Create and maintain throughout the project life cycle, the Solution Design Document (SDD) including detailed RPA solution process flows, process and technical specification • Create and document test procedures and scenarios for user acceptance test • Define and plan the development approach for larger projects/solutions through smaller developments using object-oriented design skills • Work in a project-based organization to deliver within defined project plan and constraints, as well as communicating any identified project risks and issues to project manager • Support in the creation and ongoing refinement of an appropriately tailored Framework that provides the optimum platform for rapid and repeatable delivery of processes improvement within the company • Monitor, Schedule, scale and monitor the balance load of the developed solution to meet agreed SLAs effectiveness with business units • Investigate and conduct a detailed analysis of RPA Incidents and process exceptions by applying a strategic approach to root cause analysis • Ensure the completeness, effectiveness, and sustainability of the implementation of a proposed appropriate solution • Working with a dynamic team to refine and expand the automation based on users’ feedback

• Collaborate within a project team to solve complex problems • Configure Snowflake and integrate with SSO, AD, AWS services, and Power BI on Azure • Architect and deploy Snowflake on AWS • Establish Power BI on Azure connectivity to Snowflake Iceberg tables/AWS S3 • Create Snowflake Iceberg tables pointing to data on S3

• Assist in testing efforts for an automation-based project • Successfully complete activities required for automated and manual QA testing • Design and develop more complex functional tests • Perform many roles required of a software testing project • Acquire full testing lifecycle experience • Act as a senior member on a larger team • Act as a stream leader with technical delivery ownership • Guide individuals and groups towards desired outcomes • Automate testing scenarios in TOSCA • Understand and scope requirements • Prepare test plans, test conditions, and test cases

• Lead the delivery of RPA programs according to client expectations, adhering to schedule, budget, and quality standards • Provide overall project leadership to the project teams; mentor and develop team members and peers • Manage overall project/program risks, making adjustments as necessary and obtaining buy-in from senior management for critical project plans, commitment, and changes • Oversee and lead development, implementation, and maintenance of the project work plan, including appropriate controls, governance structures, timelines, budget, and quality outcomes • Manage accurate development and traceability of requirements during project life cycle • Ensure understanding of stakeholder goals and expectations, proactively addressing misalignments; coordinate service levels and agreements and prioritize resources across projects and programs • Develop strategy for control and governance structures to ensure desired outcomes across projects • Manage delivery portfolio, monitoring, escalating and resolving delivery issues internally • Participate in sales pursuits, driving the solution-planning and deal-shaping processes that will help deliver business value for clients • Develop and implement change enablement processes throughout the project

• Complete current state assessment of business processes and document each of the following areas in detail: problem statements, process flows, gap analysis, and future-state solution recommendations • Partner with the process owners to develop a deep end-to-end understanding of processes targeted for automation, and outline the impacted processes and business requirements • Identify scope, benefits, constraints, and risks for RPA automation initiatives; capture and document current state manual processes • Create end-to-end cross-functional process flow maps at a high-level as well as at a detailed/modular level • Maintain and track the potential projects pipeline by working with business users to identify automation ideas • Participate in presentations that promote RPA to various business groups to further generate automation ideas • Develop user acceptance test (UAT) plans and tools • Act as a liaison between business and technical resources • Perform related and/or additional job duties as required

• Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for iCIMS Talent Acquisition Suite implementations and upgrades. • Execute functional, integration, and regression tests to validate system functionality and performance. • Identify and report defects and issues, and work closely with developers and project teams to resolve them. • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and timelines. • Provide guidance and support to clients and end-users during testing phases. • Document test results, including defects, issues, and resolutions. • Stay up-to-date on iCIMS updates, releases, and best practices related to testing and quality assurance.

• Create, operate, and maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bots • Evaluate, test and load data from external sources (e.g., csv, xls, pdf) • Responsible for the continuous improvement of SQL scripts and processes • Responsible for the creation of data models for new data sets • Translate the customer’s business requirements into Intelligent Automation/RPA solutions • Design, build, and configure applications utilizing automation tools to meet business process and application requirements • Maintain proper documentation for the solutions, test procedures, and scenarios • Participate in process reviews to ensure the highest level of process understanding prior to automation • Provide technical solutions, develop effort estimation, and define delivery strategy and plans • Assess automation opportunities from a Blue Prism development perspective and prioritize proposed solutions • Perform detailed estimations of proposed automation process opportunities • Provide post-Go-Live support to Operations throughout stabilization phase
