• Identify, develop and close facility based projects in biosolids management and related services. • Meet with clients and develop Synagro value propositions for customer • Influence procurement process and specifications to best position Synagro for success • Create strategic advantage for Synagro with potential facility based clients • Prepare RFP responses and client presentations • Serve as primary client interface during project development process • Conduct contract negotiations • Support finance department in securing project finance or other funding mechanism for facilities • Serve as internal project champion driving projects forward • Coordinating legal, engineering and finance disciplines to develop quality proposals • Interface with regulatory agencies to understand project permitting requirements • Interface with community representatives and politicians in project area as necessary

• Plan, coordinate, and execute the annual internal audit process. • Identify areas of risk and implement controls to mitigate them. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. • Collaborate with the CFO and other senior leaders to develop financial strategies. • Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities. • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements in accordance with GAAP. • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. • Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and other accounting processes.

• Manage land base inventory to meet operational requirements and provide strategic growth for the business • Prepare permit applications and NMP’s as needed for sites • Analyzing various waste streams to determine their physical, chemical, and biological characteristics • Interpretation of soil, tax and topographical maps; and applicable regulations to determine land base acceptability and compliant product use for spreading residuals • Provide support to Technical Services and operations with coordinating pick-up and delivery of residuals and biosolids • Maintain farmer, client, and community relationships through clear communication

• Assist with Synagro’s long term financial modeling in conjunction with corporate development, business development and finance. • Help build & maintain dynamic models for Synagro, and on specific M&A and investment opportunities, including sources and uses of capital, discounted cash flow, comparable companies, precedent transactions, accretion/dilution, and pre- and post-transaction scenarios • Support end-to-end M&A and investment processes, including financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and integration planning • Partner closely with business unit leaders and executive stakeholders to define inorganic growth priorities aligned with Synagro’s strategic objectives • Help coordinate cross-functional due diligence efforts with Finance, Legal, Operations, IT, HR, and external advisors • Support negotiation of transaction structures and key commercial terms in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, working closely with equity sponsors. • Prepare high-quality materials and recommendations for executive leadership, investment committees, and the Board of Directors • Partner with integration teams to support the development and execution of post-close integration plans • Assist in tracking integration milestones, synergy realization, and value delivery for completed transactions • Conduct post-close reviews to capture lessons learned and continuously improve M&A execution and integration playbooks

• Troubleshooting FIIX application and software for all internal customers. • Provide assistance with training of user personnel in understanding and fulfilling their individual responsibilities in the implementation and operation of new or revised systems. • Coordinate installation and maintenance of packaged computer software products. • Interface databases to perform database queries and produce reports. • Design, delivery, and improvement of in-house and third party software applications. • Consult with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives. • Create requirement, design, user and test specification documentation

• Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of capital works projects — from concept and design through construction and commissioning • Develop project scopes, objectives, and technical feasibility studies, involving all relevant stakeholders • Prepare and monitor budgets, control expenditures, and ensure compliance with approved financial plans • Liaise with government agencies, contractors, consultants, to coordinate activities and resolve issues • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with legal and technical requirements • Secure permits, licenses, and approvals from relevant authorities • Use project management tools to track progress, manage changes in scope, schedule, and cost, health and safety, and report to management • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize delays or cost overruns • Maintain comprehensive project records, including plans, specifications, and compliance documents

• Responsible for proactively attracting, sourcing and integrating top talent to the organization • Effective onboarding and immersion of internal and external candidates • Support for HR-related duties on a professional level • Manage full-cycle recruiting process for external and internal candidates • Foster internal and external candidate through interview, selection and hiring process • Develop, implement and execute hiring strategies • Collaborate with management to understand job qualifications and candidate fit • Participate in job fairs and other recruiting activities • Provide support to Human Resources department in annual initiatives • Analyze and use HR metrics to determine appropriate actions • Assists in the maintenance, development, and administration of policies and procedures

• Serve as a key strategic finance leader responsible for cash flow management, enterprise-wide financial modeling, and analytic support. • Lead development and ownership of complex, integrated financial models including operating forecasts, long-range plans, liquidity models, acquisition modeling and scenario analyses. • Build and maintain detailed cash flow models to support short-term and long-term liquidity planning. • Own short-term and long-term cash flow forecasting. • Deliver clear, concise financial insights to the CFO, CEO, and executive leadership team.

• Directly supervise employees as well as sub-contract services • Interpret operational data and make operational changes as needed • Coordinate all maintenance activities • Successfully interface with environmental and regulatory agencies as well as generator and haulers to ensure efficiency processing and delivery of material • Achieve budgetary goals • Manage and track project monthly financials for area of responsibility • Manage, train, supervise and monitor performance of field personnel to ensure safe and proper operation of equipment • Manage projects from proposal stage to on-site commissioning and start-up • Monitors and controls field operations in accordance with manufacturers O&M manuals, SOP’s and established company policies and procedures • Enforce and maintain company safety programs and procedures • Develop and maintain daily spreadsheets relating to project KPIs and materials management as well as compliance monitoring and documentation • Reports weekly status covering all processing and maintenance related activities to Director of Operations
