Role Description You will be an integral part of a growing engineering team. - As one of the first 5 engineers, you’ll have tremendous ownership over the platform as a whole as well as product areas. - Work hand in hand with our CEO and CTO. - Comfortable across the stack, contributing as required to the frontend or backend. Your first 90 days will be quintessential startup vibes: - Decide which parts of the platform you’re most interested in, take ownership, and build it out. - Work with little oversight in a no red-tape environment. - Iterate on product workflows and furiously ship to production. - See live customers using what you just built and chat with early adopters to take it to the next level. Qualifications - Early stage startup experience and proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment. - Unfazed by ambiguous, open-ended problems. - An uncanny ability to unblock yourself - you’re a resourceful problem solver that can break through barriers without needing oversight. - Ability to communicate complex ideas succinctly. - Demonstrated success building fast, efficient solutions to complex problems. - Ability to think through short-term vs. long-term needs and trade-offs. - Enjoy testing prototypes to validate assumptions. - Experience with Python / Postgres / React / Typescript / AWS. Suno aims to do this by building intuitive end-to-end software for Audiology clinics which will help optimize their operations, decrease costs, and ultimately improve patient outcomes.
