Compliance and Risk Intern

• Help monitor regulations, official notices and communications from regulators such as CVM, ANBIMA and BACEN; • Support KYC, KYP and KYE processes by conducting registry research, performing initial analyses and organizing evidence; • Provide support for third‑party due diligence, assisting with information collection and preliminary analysis; • Contribute to the creation, review and updating of policies, procedures and internal controls; • Support the promotion of a compliance culture by helping produce materials, presentations and internal trainings; • Assist in preparing simple reports and internal memos/opinions; • Organize the team’s data, controls and performance indicators; • Learn, share and collaborate with the team to gain a hands‑on understanding of how the financial market operates.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related fields;
- Genuine interest in Compliance, Risk, AML/CFT (PLD/FT), Corporate Governance and the Financial Markets;
- Availability to intern 30 hours per week;
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
- Organized, detail‑oriented and reliable with deadlines;
- Proactive, curious, collaborative and highly motivated to learn;
- Enjoy improving processes and solving problems.
