• Owning governance and oversight of U.S. consumer protection obligations, including accountability for complaint management, regulatory responsiveness, and consumer harm remediation. • Serving as the primary compliance lead for consumer-related regulatory complaints, inquiries, and project management of consumer compliance examinations from the CFPB and state regulators, ensuring timely, consistent, and high-quality regulatory engagement. • Establishing and maintaining a robust consumer complaint governance framework, including control requirements and implementation, register ownership, trend and root-cause analysis, escalation protocols, and reporting to senior stakeholders. • Providing leadership and oversight for consumer regulatory and licensing requirements, including examinations, renewals, reporting submissions, and expansion into new jurisdictions. • Acting as a central point of accountability for consumer compliance workflows, with ownership of Jira project boards, Confluence documentation, and regulatory tracking to ensure auditability and operational resilience. • Designing, reviewing, and approving consumer duty-related SOPs, policies, and compliance programs, embedding governance standards and clear ownership across teams. • Owning oversight of consumer-facing disclosures, notices, and documentation to ensure they are accurate, transparent, and aligned with evolving federal and state consumer protection expectations. • Partnering with Legal, Product, Operations, and Risk to embed consumer protection and conduct risk considerations into new entity integrations and new product or service launches.

• Leading development and execution of global regulatory strategy in collaboration with interdisciplinary product teams in compliance with international regulatory requirements and the Quality Management System. • Preparing, submitting, and managing regulatory dossiers required for new product marketing and modified product applications in a global market. • Preparing, submitting, and managing Technical Files in compliance with the requirements of the European Union (EU IVDR). • Prepare, submit, and manage FDA marketing submissions including PMA (including Annual Reports and Supplements), 510(k) Pre-Market Notifications, and Pre-Submissions. • Acting as a Regulatory Affairs subject matter expert on new product introduction and design control teams. • Advising teams on regulatory requirements including labeling reviews, R&D and clinical study design, and design change regulatory impacts. • Participating in internal and external quality system and design dossier audits

• Own, with the VP, the end-to-end certification and validation strategy for Skyways aircraft and operations, from early regulatory engagement through approval. • Serve as a technical and strategic interface with aviation authorities (FAA, EASA, and other global regulators), leading familiarization briefings, technical interchange meetings, and certification roadmap alignment. • Lead development of certification artifacts, including certification bases, White Papers, Means of Compliance, Issue Papers, and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness. • Provide authoritative guidance across engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, and operations to ensure design and program decisions align with certification and operational approval outcomes. • Represent Skyways in international standards bodies and working groups, influencing emerging UAS standards and policy to enable future operations and market access.
