• Manage multiple concurrent IT projects across the Sumer Group. • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocations. • Lead project governance activities including status reporting, RAID management and steering group updates. • Coordinate internal technical teams, third-party suppliers and business stakeholders. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget. • Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions and project planning meetings. • Manage project risks, dependencies and issues through to resolution. • Support technology integration activities relating to acquisitions and onboarding of new firms. • Oversee infrastructure, cloud, cyber security and business application projects. • Ensure appropriate change management and user adoption activities are completed. • Produce project documentation including business cases, project charters, implementation plans and post-project reviews. • Track project benefits and support successful handover into operational support teams. • Contribute to the continual improvement of project management standards, templates and governance processes.

• Lead the development and implementation of Sumer’s firmwide audit data, and innovation strategy. • Identify how standardised audit data can be leveraged to improve audit quality, insight and operational performance. • Support integrated, automated monitoring of KPIs through the design of the integration of existing dashboards and reporting solutions (e.g. audit quality indicators and adoption metrics) to monitor adoption. • Work with the wider audit quality team to ensure training relevant to automation meets the evolving needs of our auditors. • Identify and develop tools and solutions that deliver real value, maintaining and prioritising a back-log in a way that maximises benefits. • Drive continuous improvement through automation, helping teams reduce manual effort, increase consistency and focus on areas of professional judgement. • Lead pilots and rollout of AI and automation solutions, including low-code tools and workflow automation platforms. • Help drive a culture of innovation within Sumer, delivering initiatives that bring our auditors on the transformation journey. • Work closely with IT and audit teams to design and implement integrations across audit systems and tooling that support automation. • Build and harness API-driven solutions to improve data extraction, transformation and analysis. • Set up and test new data connections and workflows, taking innovative solutions through review and implementation. • Support the development of governance frameworks for AI and automation within audit, ensuring alignment with policy, regulation and best practice. • Exercise judgement to ensure solutions put in place manage risk and traceability depending on the output. • Translate innovation concepts into scalable solutions embedded into day-to-day audit workflows. • Engage and influence stakeholders across audit, IT and leadership to drive adoption and successful delivery. • Continuously assess emerging technologies and identify opportunities to enhance audit quality and efficiency.

• Play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of Sumer’s payroll transformation programme, including the rollout of a new Payroll solution across multiple business units. • Support one of Sumer’s most business-critical service lines. • Work closely with Payroll leaders, hub teams, Technology, Procurement, Finance, Learning & Development and external vendors. • Ensure the migration is well planned, tightly governed, and delivered with minimal operational disruption. • Focus on coordinating the end-to-end payroll migration plan, managing dependencies, supporting testing and training readiness, driving issue resolution, and ensuring each hub is prepared for parallel run, go-live and transition into business as usual. • This is a 18-month fixed term contract position, reporting directly into the Strategy and Integration Director.

• Lead group consolidation process • Prepare the Group's monthly consolidated management accounts, ensuring all consolidation adjustments are correctly applied • Preparation of key finance reports including group P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash flow statement. • Manage the Group recharge process, including the calculation, posting and allocation of shared costs, management fees and central overhead recharges across Group entities • Maintain and develop the Group recharge methodology in line with transfer pricing policies and Group accounting standards • Management of intercompany processes and reconciliations • Proactive resolution of intercompany reconciliation discrepancies, liaising with operational hub finance teams to investigate and clear outstanding items in a timely manner • Management of Group Holding company management accounts • Support the annual statutory accounts and tax processes including preparation of the stack entities and hub holding company statutory accounts • Liaise with external auditors during the year-end process, preparing supporting schedules, reconciliations and responses to audit queries • Provide technical expertise to operational finance teams where necessary. • Partner with finance leadership on continuous improvement of financial controls and processes • Contribute to finance transformation initiatives, including systems upgrades, process automation and reporting enhancements • Provide ad hoc support on Group projects
