Superior Skilled Trades (SST) is seeking an enthusiastic Direct Hire Recruiter to join our team! You will source, screen, and interview candidates for permanent roles for our clientele, and manage / coordinate the interview and hiring process. You’ll be a strategic partner for our hiring managers, build relationships, and ensure a positive experience for all candidates. - Location: Remote - Pay Range: $65,,000+ (based on experience) + monthly incentive based on placements Key Responsibilities - Source, screen, and interview candidates for permanent skilled trades positions using various channels like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media. - Write and post compelling job descriptions on relevant platforms. - Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and become a trusted advisor. - Conduct behavioral-based interviews and assess candidates for both skills and cultural fit. - Schedule interviews between candidates and clients / hiring teams. - Manage the full hiring lifecycle, from initial consultation and job posting to extending offers and ensuring smooth onboarding. - Ensure a positive and competitive experience for candidates throughout the process to attract high-quality talent. Qualifications - 3+ years recruiting experience. - Direct Hire and/or skilled trades recruiting experience preferred. - Strong sourcing skills. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates and stakeholders at all levels. - Ability to work well under pressure, quickly addressing client needs and meeting deadlines. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities. This is a high-income sales position, especially for top performers. We offer a base salary from $75K to $95K DOE and uncapped commissions. Average total compensation packages range from $150K - $300K+ per year. In this heavy outside B2B sales position where you will continue to sell skilled trades / construction staffing services and workforce solutions throughout your territory and manage client relationships. The role requires superior skills in prospecting new business, managing a sales pipeline, and relationship building.
