This role involves sourcing, interviewing, and identifying skilled trades talent for high-profile, skilled trades strategic accounts. Manage the recruitment process for strategic skilled trades roles including heavy sourcing, interviewing, and presenting top candidates to hiring managers Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience Manage a dynamic workload and reprioritize when direction dramatically shifts Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines
Job Requirements
- 2+ years recruiting skilled trades / construction roles
- Heavy sourcing skills; strong hunter-mentality
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay on top of important details
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work well under pressure, addressing regular high-demand requests and needs quickly
- Location: Remote
- Salary Range: $50,000+/yr (depending on experience)
- Incentive: $2,500-$3,500 in monthly incentives/commission
- Hours: 40+ hours per week (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)
