• Interpret capitalization tables and write data import instructions • Read and carry out the steps provided in the instruction letters for the release of escrow funds • Formulate the appropriate processing methods according to the type of deal or request • Interpret legal deal documents and build online document templates for use during the solicitation process so security holders can complete required data accurately and easily • Interface with other departments, specifically the Relationship and Imports teams, to ensure delivery of expected outcome by outside clients within the SLA • Send mass solicitation announcements to security holders • Create status reports and use SQL to extract data from JSON objects • Reconcile each individual deal prior to payment or when any change occurs after the deal begins funding • Book deposits and prepare daily reconciliation of omnibus accounts for approval by management • Self-manage personal pipeline for in-progress transactions and report on statuses daily • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience, exceed SLAs, and improve efficiency
• Interpret and audit closing allocation and payment spreadsheets, including shareholder, certificate, tax, and payment instruction data, to ensure completeness and accuracy prior to import • Standardize and manipulate data using established import templates to create and update Customer data in NetSuite • Execute independent validation by comparing NetSuite records to source documents and import instructions to confirm accuracy of imported data before downstream processing • Import and export CSV files using saved mappings in NetSuite, ensuring adherence to required formatting, field mapping, and validation controls • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, including name mismatches, missing holders, certificate differences, or payment variances, escalating issues to cross‑functional partners when required • Collaborate with Fulfillment, Relationship Management, Tax, and other Operations teams to confirm data requirements and resolve questions related to import instructions or source files • Refer to Operations manuals, templates, and guidelines to understand process changes and support business continuity • Complete recurring daily and weekly operational tasks on a rotating basis • Provide clear written and verbal updates to internal stakeholders regarding deal status, data issues, and completion milestones

• Support the sales strategy for loan agency and the implementation within their respective territory or business vertical. • Assist in setting sales goals and budgets for the Loan Agency BD team. • Support the creation of a team environment within the BD team, as well as the relationship management team for the Loan Agency Product. • Responsibility of cross-selling other SRSA products when out in the marketplace. • Develop deep relationships with new clients, partners, and influencers while deepening current relationships. • Optimize pricing to maximize revenue in line with business and profitability objectives. • Work with Marketing to monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback and insight to the Regional Managing Director, the Loan Agency, and the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). • This role will require significant travel for in-person meetings with customers, partners, and to develop key relationships.

Serves as the main point of contact with the borrower, lenders, professionals, and other internal and external service partners. Manages daily administration of assigned transactions, including the delivery of exceptional service to all parties and ensuring all internal controls are met. Location: This is either a hybrid position based in our Denver or Minneapolis office or a fully remote position within the Continental United States. Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $90k and $100k, depending on experience level. Primary Responsibilities - Maintain a working knowledge of all transactions and deal-related documents for the assigned portfolio of accounts. - Responsible for the administration of assigned accounts in accordance with the terms of the related documents. This includes all payments, notices, compliance deliverables and other duties assigned in the documents. - Research and resolve issues related to administration and client service in connection with assigned accounts. - Comprehend internal processes and procedures while maintaining internal controls. - Provide excellent customer service to all clients and parties, both internal and external, to ensure all have an exceptional experience. - Use judgment, interpretation, and problem-solving to understand loan-related information. - Professionally communicate and collaborate with internal groups and external clients by phone, email, and in person. - Manage relationships, cultivating current and prospective clients and referral sources to uncover opportunities and potential sources of new business. - Provide coverage and support to the team as a whole when needed. - Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. Required Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor’s degree required. Graduate-level degree, such as a J.D. or MBA, preferred. - 6+ years’ experience in finance, capital markets, or a law firm. - Prior experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting legal documents. - Deadline-driven and highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. - Proven problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong interpersonal skills, good judgment and intuition, and the ability to communicate with external and internal parties in a responsive, friendly, professional, and proactive approach. - Proven ability to collaborate with management and team members to align goals and complete all tasks. - Demonstrate integrity in day to day administration of duties and all interactions with internal and external parties. - High level of proficiency with computers and learning new software.
