Key Responsibilities - Drive revenue growth by building pipeline and closing new-logo business while identifying expansion opportunities - Develop and execute a territory sales plan - Generate pipeline through proactive demand generation and prospecting activities - Present and demonstrate the value of the company’s solutions to customers - Accurately manage and forecast opportunity pipeline - Partner cross-functionally to support pipeline generation, deal execution, and account growth - Monitor regional market trends and provide feedback to Marketing, Product, Partnerships, and Executive teams - Build and maintain strong customer relationships - Manage contracting and procurement processes - Educate customers on new use cases, solutions, and market trends - Conduct regular field activity including customer meetings, conferences, and industry events Qualifications - University degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Remote Sensing, Aerospace, Physics, Geology, Geography, Environmental Science) or Business/related field - 5+ years in a quota-carrying, customer-facing sales role selling SaaS or highly technical solutions - Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets - Strong experience selling to large enterprise and government accounts - Established professional network in the Middle East (government and mining sector strongly preferred) - Experience in remote sensing or geospatial data applications within industries such as: - Insurance - Disaster management / wildfire - Mining - Defense & intelligence - Agriculture Requirements - Humble, curious, and highly consultative questioning style - Strong English communication skills; proficiency in one or more regional languages required - Self-driven with high integrity and work ethic - Demonstrated ability to prospect and generate new pipeline - Strong hunter mentality (new-logo focused) - Skilled in value-based selling - Familiarity with qualification frameworks such as BANT or MEDDPICC - Comfortable managing quota, forecasting, and complex deal cycles - Customer-first mindset and trusted advisor approach - Collaborative team player with positive, proactive attitude - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills - Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pipeliner, NetSuite) - Highly organized with excellent time management - Strong analytical and business acumen - Comfortable operating in a target-driven environment - National and/or NATO Security Clearance is a plus Work Environment & Travel - This is a remote, Middle East–based role within a fast-paced, innovative sales organization that values sustainability, creativity, proactive communication, diversity, and accountability. - Travel: Approximately 50% for customer meetings, conferences, training, and internal events - Core hours: Typically 9:00am–5:30pm Monday–Friday - Flexibility: Some cross-time-zone collaboration and occasional evening/weekend work required
