Role Description To support customers with Bodor Lasers. Responsible for offering technical advice to customers and providing after-sales service in the field. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in mechatronics, automation engineering, or electrical engineering from an accredited university or equivalent with 2+ years’ experience on automated CNC machines. - Recent experience of installing, repairing, and diagnosing problems of automated CNC machines. - 3+ years’ related experience on automated CNC machines or fiber laser machines. - Familiar with engineering software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc. - Able to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and test equipment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Demonstrated technical writing skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and remote communications. - Proficient at working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Bilingual in Mandarin, with reading and speaking ability, is a plus. - Residing in the MN Area is preferred. - Self-driven and responsible. - Ability to work under pressure. - Ability to travel as required (local and domestic). - Ability to lift 50 lbs. The Head Field Medical Dermatology is responsible for establishing the vision and strategy for the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team, including accountability for execution and attainment of medical objectives in compliant alignment with business strategy. This role ensures that the MSL team receives a high level of direction, training, coaching, and development through oversight of regional Field Directors and in collaboration with the HQ Dermatology Therapeutic Area team and MSL training and analytics functions.
