• Develop and implement category strategies for Facilities and MRO globally, including identify needs, project planning, collect internal and external data, perform strategic analysis and identify opportunities, formulate procurement strategies and develop implementation plans • Form, lead, and facilitate cross-functional teams as applicable to execute the procurement process and plans; enable supplier selection and decision process; lead / facilitate contract development, negotiation and execution process • Manage strategy alignment, long term security of supply, supplier performance, and establish preferred supply base • Ensure optimal supplier pricing, supply responsiveness, quality, and contractual compliance • Develop appropriate risk management strategies which anticipate and address an extensive range of risk scenarios to assure supply of ICU Medical’s requirements • Maintain industry intelligence on technology trends, sourcing options, and competitive pricing • Measure and report on commodity performance objectives, monitor supplier performance, conduct periodic business reviews, and initiate corrective action when necessary • Review, negotiate, and maintain Supplier Agreements and supporting documentation • Benchmark prices and pricing information to ensure that the company is receiving the most cost-effective, highest quality products • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support the sourcing process • Coordinate with other functions and impacted stakeholders to assure timely implementation and compliance with the agreed to sourcing strategies • Work on special assignments as they arise

Role Description We are looking for a Procurement Specialist with 2–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management, ideally within technology-related categories such as SaaS, software licensing, or IT services. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Procurement Lead. The position focuses on implementing defined procurement plans, managing supplier engagements, and ensuring cost-effective and compliant purchasing processes. The role does not include people management or ownership of procurement strategy. Requirements - Execute end-to-end procurement cycle for software, SaaS, and technology services. - Manage RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes. - Coordinate vendor evaluations and support supplier selection. - Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and governance standards. - Conduct negotiations within defined approval frameworks. - Support contract drafting, renewals, and amendments with Legal and Finance. - Maintain contract repository, renewal trackers, and supplier documentation. - Monitor license consumption and subscription usage. - Perform spend analysis and total cost of ownership (TCO) assessments. - Partner with Engineering, Legal, Finance, Security, and Operations. - Align stakeholders throughout sourcing and contracting processes. - Coordinate timelines and flag risks or delays. - Ensure procurement activities meet budget and compliance requirements. - Support supplier performance follow-ups. - Consolidate expenditure data across departments. - Identify cost optimization opportunities. - Contribute to procurement process improvements. - Prepare dashboards, reports, and business case inputs. - Leverage digital procurement systems and AI tools to improve efficiency.
