Job Description
German Speaking Agent, Replacement Reservations
SIXT
• Ensure private customers receive replacement vehicles in case of breakdowns and accidents • Process orders promptly and in a customer-oriented manner via email or phone • Collaborate with various insurance and roadside assistance companies • Create orders and reserve requested vehicles
Job Requirements
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch are a plus
- Initial experience working with MS Office programs (Word, Outlook)
- Excellent ability to understand and anticipate customer needs
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Team collaboration in an international and dynamic environment
- Ability to quickly identify problems and propose effective solutions
