SIXT
• You support the Fleet Maintenance team by reviewing and verifying all vendor estimates • You manage the approval or rejection of estimates and revisions to ensure accuracy • You liaise with rental locations to provide feedback and coaching for faster approvals • You maintain audit records of all estimates from third-party vendors and repair shops • You receive and analyze vendor performance, providing management with reviews and recommendations • You assist with additional duties as assigned to meet business needs
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in repair estimation with experience in using Mitchell Cloud Estimating, CCC, or similar software, and possess vehicle salvage knowledge
- You have a bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred) or an associate’s degree with relevant experience, and are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Technical Proficiency You are skilled in computer navigation and Microsoft Office Applications
- Soft Skills You demonstrate high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and exceptional decision-making abilities
- Commitment to Excellence You are adaptable, able to multitask, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Travel You have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and are able to work a flexible schedule
