The Financial Analyst will be responsible for: - Assistance with budget formulation, including management, consolidation and reporting of information/data collection related to budget formulation for funding and new programmatic requests. - Assistance with budget execution, including coordination, communications, financial. - Review, and reporting related to administrative and grant expenses. - Assistance with development or support executive-level presentation of budget formulation or execution issues. - Develop and update desk guides and other process documents. - Provide support for back-office fund administration and investor reporting. - Develop or support private fund accounting and valuation processes. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location. • Provide mid-level administrative and operational management support to NIWC Pacific Codes 10000 (Finance) and 80000 (Corporate Operations) • Coordinate administrative programs and manage documentation workflows • Support executive-level meetings and track action items • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and reporting requirements • Manage records, track awards and personnel actions, and coordinate recruiting activities • Prepare briefing materials and maintain reporting systems • Act as a liaison between government leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners

• Significance Inc, is seeking a Senior Financial Manager to join our growing team in Ft. Belvoir, VA. Responsibilities include: • Lead audit response and sustainment support, including preparing documentation, coordinating with independent auditors, and ensuring compliance with DoD and federal requirements. • Develop, review, and update standard operating procedures and process narratives to strengthen internal controls and financial reporting accuracy. • Support implementation of corrective action plans (CAPs) to address self-identified or auditor-identified deficiencies in accounting and internal control processes. • Perform detailed analysis of accounting transactions, financial reconciliations, and variances to ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and United States Standard General Ledger (USSGL). • Provide expertise in risk management and internal control, including facilitating risk identification sessions, reviewing assessable unit documentation, and supporting Statement of Assurance deliverables. • Conduct quality assurance reviews of financial documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness prior to submission to government leadership or external auditors. • Liaise with stakeholders on audit sustainment and financial compliance issues. • Provide guidance and oversight in audit-related training, communications, and awareness activities across the Finance and Accounting Division

• Provide program leadership and management support for financial operations, ensuring compliance with DoD and federal regulations. • Support all aspects of accounting, financial statements, internal controls, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), and information system controls, including Complementary User Entity Controls (CUEC). • Oversee reconciliation of budgetary and proprietary accounts, vendor pay operations, commitments, obligations processing. • Ensure effective funds management, budget execution, and reporting to senior leadership. • Support the establishment and sustainment of a Manager’s Internal Control (MIC) Program across components. • Facilitate financial systems integration and coordination, including support for DTRA’s Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) and related systems. • Develop and deliver program briefings, reports, and financial analysis for leadership and external stakeholders. • Serve as a key advisor to the Program Manager, supporting strategic planning, risk management, and execution oversight.
