• Serve as a strategic thought partner and quality check for our digital strategy team across several accounts • Develop frameworks, shape briefs, and contribute directly to strategy deliverables when the work calls for it • Provide strategic direction across several accounts, shaping new initiatives with clients and translating them into operational plans • Oversee and contribute to performance reporting, with the ability to present results and strategic implications directly to clients • Own strategic oversight on a handful of accounts, including hands-on maintenance of existing roadmaps, audit reviews, and prioritization guidance • Contribute to bi-weekly performance reporting — pulling insights, identifying trends, translating data into clear recommendations • Join key meetings as needed, leading senior-level conversations, and being prepared to present work • Collaborate actively with Paid Media, Creative, and Account leads to keep integrated workstreams moving
• Own day-to-day strategy and management oversight across channels including Paid Search (Google, Bing) and Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) for a portfolio of B2C and B2B clients — directly building, launching, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns in-platform, with oversight of programmatic activity executed by a dedicated in-house lead. • Collaborate with the Creative Performance and Creative teams to brief, test, and adapt messaging and creative for the US and international markets which may include broader North America, Africa, LATAM, EU, and APAC. • Serve as a senior client-facing voice: present strategies, account growth narratives, and forecasts to senior client stakeholders. • Set clear expectations when strategy shifts are required, before, during, and after execution. • Develop growth roadmaps that sequence channel investment across paid, identify new acquisition and LTV opportunities, and partner with CRO and analytics to connect paid into landing page and on-site conversion improvements across the funnel. • Drive forecasting, budget reconciliation, and scenario planning to inform investment decisions and anticipate performance against KPIs. • Lead the team on attribution, measurement frameworks, and testing programs that connect paid media to business outcomes. • Stay ahead of platform changes, attribution shifts, and martech innovation, including AI tools, applying best practices across the portfolio.
• Traffic end-to-end digital campaigns in ad servers (Campaign Manager 360 required; DV360 experience a plus), including placement setup, creative assignment, flight dates, budgets, and targeting — owning the technical build so campaigns launch on time and require minimal post-launch fixes • Implement, QA, and maintain conversion tracking across Floodlight activities, GA4 events, Meta Pixel/CAPI, Google Ads conversions, and third-party pixels via tag management systems (GTM required; Tealium or Adobe Launch a plus) — designing tracking holistically across platforms so attribution and data flows are reliable and trusted by media, analytics, and client teams • Perform pre-launch and post-launch technical QA on creative assets and tags — verifying publisher spec compliance (file size, dimensions, clickTag), cross-device rendering, click-through URL accuracy, and macro/parameter passing — to prevent rework and trafficking errors • Author and maintain tracking implementation documentation — data layer specs, event taxonomies, parameter mappings, trigger logic, and QA plans — and align dev, analytics, and paid media teams on tracking requirements before launch • Monitor live campaigns and debug tracking issues hands-on using browser DevTools (Network tab), GTM Preview mode, GA4 DebugView, and platform debuggers (Meta Test Events, LinkedIn Insight Tag Helper) — resolving broken tags, impression/click discrepancies, duplicate conversions, creative rendering failures, pacing anomalies, and tracker/reporting mismatches at the trafficking or tag layer (this role does not own bid, budget, or audience optimization) • Partner with media planning and analytics teams as the technical owner of delivery data: pull ad server reports, troubleshoot data-flow issues between ad server, DSP, and analytics platforms, and ensure clean data lands in reporting dashboards (media/analytics teams own the optimization decisions)
• Providing consulting services for Sia’s clients in the life sciences and healthcare industries, including but not limited to: Provide tactical support for day-to-day project activities such as meeting minutes, action tracking/follow-up, decision tracking, etc. • Actively contribute to project management deliverables (reports, dashboards, etc.) and routine updates (schedule, budget, risk), typically preparing initial drafts. • Build and maintain detailed predecessor-driven project schedules (Gantt charts, integrated timelines) utilizing scheduling tools/software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Planisware, Primavera, or equivalent). • Provide clear and timely schedule updates, variance analyses, and risk assessments to project leaders and stakeholders to ensure project schedules remain aligned with project strategy, portfolio priorities, and key decision gates (e.g., regulatory submissions, health authority interactions). • Coordinate across project functional areas and personnel as required to ensure the progress of project activities. • Support the building and management of a team representing various functions and sites, including the management of multiple projects and teams across multiple locations. • Demonstrate and foster excellent teamwork, with the ability to navigate within multidisciplinary teams. • Balance project demands to support alignment/realignment of Budget, Quality, Timeline, and Scope, as needed. • Support product development meetings, and make sure all Project Leaders, and/or subteam leaders, have all information and support needed to implement the project. • Focus on customer service, with agility and clear communication. • Adhere to Sia quality standards regarding client deliverables.
