Job Description

Project Scheduler

Sia

• Providing consulting services for Sia’s clients in the life sciences and healthcare industries, including but not limited to: Create, maintain, and update detailed integrated project schedules using Planisware for multiple CMC product development and/or technical transfer projects. • Partner with project leaders and cross-functional teams to gather schedule inputs, confirm assumptions, and ensure schedules accurately reflect current project status and execution strategy. • Ensure alignment of schedules with project strategy, portfolio priorities, and key stage gates for CMC development and commercialization readiness. • Track milestones, action items, and decisions that impact project timelines and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders. • Prepare project scheduling deliverables and routine updates, including reports, dashboards, milestone views, and summaries for project stakeholders. • Facilitate effective schedule communication across multiple teams, functions, and sites to support execution of parallel and interdependent tech transfer activities. • Attend project meetings to provide timeline updates, schedule analyses, and clear documentation of schedule-related actions and decisions. • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and customer service while adhering to Sia quality standards for client deliverables.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry with a minimum of 1 year of experience in project scheduling, project controls, or project management support
  • Experience supporting CMC development, manufacturing, technical transfer, or related product development activities
  • Proficiency in Planisware for scheduling
  • Experience creating and maintaining detailed integrated project schedules with logic-driven dependencies
  • Strong understanding of scheduling principles, milestone planning, critical path analysis, and schedule risk identification
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to manage multiple schedules and competing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Flexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity, and a strong sense of ownership for deliverables and results
