• Review technical training scripts, lesson plans, and sequence of operations (SOO) documentation for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Serverfarm operating procedures • Validate training assessments to confirm they measure real competency and operational readiness at the appropriate technician role levels • Identify gaps, outdated content, and inconsistencies across the training library and drive updates to keep materials current • Partner with operations, engineering, and learning and development teams to ensure training content supports Serverfarm's business objectives and operational maturity model • Review vendor technical bulletins and product updates for impact on Serverfarm operations and training requirements • Engage with equipment vendors and internal engineering stakeholders to ensure vendor-specific content is accurate and correctly contextualized for Serverfarm environments • Provide clear, constructive written and verbal feedback on technical and training documentation to both technical and non-technical audiences • Support standardization of training content across Serverfarm sites while allowing for site-specific requirements where necessary

• Deputize for the COO, providing leadership across global operations, strategic priorities, and major business initiatives; serve as second-in-command ensuring continuity of decision-making and execution. • Represent Operations with Executive Leadership, the Board, investors, and key customers; translate corporate strategy into operational plans and long-term growth roadmaps, partnering with Product, Development, Construction, Finance, Legal, Security, and Commercial teams. • Establish and govern global operational standards, SOPs, maintenance frameworks, and KPI framework (uptime, SLA, MTTR, energy, safety, staffing, customer experience). • Ensure robust compliance frameworks are maintained across all operating regions, including regulatory obligations, customer commitments, certifications, and internal controls. • Oversee business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis management processes are maintained, tested, and continuously improved, lead RCA and executive response for major incidents. • Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and efficiency across regions, embedding best practice and operational discipline. • Provide executive oversight of the Global Network Operations Centre (GNOC), ensuring 24x7 monitoring, incident response, escalation management and service continuity across the portfolio. • Lead the global safety program, ensuring strong safety culture, regulatory compliance, risk management, and consistent standards across all regions. • Provide executive oversight of critical environment management (electrical, mechanical, cooling, controls) and lifecycle management of in-life critical assets. • Partner with Development, Construction, and Engineering to embed operational requirements in new designs and retrofits; standardize commissioning, integrated systems testing, and operational handover. • Establish executive relationships with key hyperscale, enterprise, and strategic customers; own oversight of escalations and ensure timely resolution and clear communication. • Lead operational service delivery to consistently achieve SLAs and contractual commitments, drive transparency through reporting, service reviews, and improvement planning. • Support commercial and sales teams during major customer pursuits, due diligence, and operational solution development. • Lead operational OpEx and CapEx planning and delivery, with accountability for forecasting, cost control and financial performance against plan. • Partner with Finance on cost modelling for new sites, expansions, customer opportunities, and strategic investment plans; supporting commercial decision-making and capital allocation. • Oversee long-term capacity planning across power, space, cooling, staffing, and infrastructure; lead operational due diligence and integration for acquisitions and expansion. • Develop hiring and workforce strategies to support new campus openings, expansions, and long-term operational capability; Take a lead in establishing new regional structures to facilitate growth. • Own operational energy strategy, including procurement, resilience planning, renewables, efficiency, and utility relationships. • Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, H&S, and industry certification requirements (ISO, SOC, customer-specific programs). • Develop resilience strategies addressing grid constraints, utility risks, climate-related impacts, and infrastructure vulnerabilities. • Drive adoption of automation, infrastructure technology, and digital tools to improve monitoring, maintenance, reporting, and operational efficiency. • Manage strategic supplier and vendor relationships, ensuring service quality, resilience, innovation, and value for money. • Lead, coach, and develop operational leaders and teams; build succession planning frameworks. • Foster a high-performance culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement; provide regular reporting on operational performance, talent, safety, risk, and strategic progress.

• Lead all aspects of our data center development project within an existing shell building • Review and validate scope of work (SOW) documents and pricing from data center vendors • Manage the installation and commissioning of critical MEP systems • Troubleshoot technical issues during commissioning and construction • Ensure project is delivered on-time and on-budget while meeting technical specifications • Be physically present on-site at least 80% of the time • Communicate project updates to internal stakeholders and leadership • Collaborate with Serverfarm Operations to ensure built projects meet operational requirements

• Develop and implement a Quality Management Plan tailored for each data center construction project within a portfolio. • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor adherence to construction standards, codes, and project specifications. • Oversee the quality & commissioning processes for MEP systems, ensuring adherence to project timelines and standards. • Collaborate with engineering, project management, and contractors to resolve quality-related issues. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and industry standards (e.g., Uptime Institute, LEED, ISO, and ASHRAE). • Establish project-specific quality control procedures for materials, workmanship, and installations, including HVAC, electrical, and networking infrastructure. • Attend selected construction progress meetings and preinstallation job site meetings to obtain information on construction progress. • Attend and be responsible for all commissioning meetings. • Collaborate with project teams, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure the successful implementation of MEP systems. • Perform root-cause analysis on defects and propose corrective actions. • Manage testing and commissioning processes for data center mechanical and electrical systems. • Maintain detailed documentation and reports on quality audits, inspections, and corrective actions. • Train construction teams on quality control procedures and best practices.

• Serves as an operations SME for a major area of operations (e.g., electrical or mechanical) and provides oversight and training/mentorship to team members on tasks regarding these subsystems • Demonstrates solid understanding of and operates equipment and systems across all disciplines (e.g., electrical, mechanical) with knowledge of the interactions between them and overall operation of a data center. • Operates all systems and equipment in accordance with Serverfarm, industry and OSHA safety practices and protocols. • Supports site/campus team in the inspection and supervision of critical environment-related facility equipment (e.g., controls, HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems) • Assists in and monitors the performance from central monitoring locations (i.e., Facility Operations Centers) of maintenance and operations of equipment (e.g., electrical, mechanical, fire/life safety) and understands risks or impacts to other subsystems across the data center. • Quickly responds to and supports site/campus incident response team for all abnormal conditions that impact operations, and coordinates with the team to perform corrective repairs, without supervision. • Works with site/campus leadership to gather necessary information and creates incident timelines/data, root cause analyses, and/or action items following an abnormal condition as required. • Develops new or follows preexisting emergency operating procedures (EOPs), methods of procedure (MOPs), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and digital methods of operating procedures (DMOPs) to support site operations and incident response. • Work with the Construction & Project team to ensure ServerFarm Data center’s site meets all required statutory and mandatory requirements. • Ensure all site MEP infrastructure operates within defined capacity standards. • Work with peers in global structure to coordinate all processes and align as appropriate. • Support Change, Incident Management, and Problem Resolution process for area of responsibility. • Responsible for project set up, maintaining budgets and commitments, budget variations and change order management of large construction projects. • Analyze and approve project specific accounts payable invoices and purchase orders. • Accurately prepare client invoicing per contract requirements and deadlines. • Assist Finance with accurate project cash flow reporting. • Accurately prepare cost summaries related to construction activities for construction and finance teams. • Support in project inquiries to meet liability and capital funding requirements. • Review and investigate construction project variances. • Prepare and review project cost reports to identify risks or opportunities. • Perform data research and analysis for the Construction and Finance teams. • Manage vendor compliance, preliminary lien notices, insurance, and retention. • Communicate with General Contractors and vendors on a regular basis. • Work closely with the finance team and other departments to support overall project and financial operations. • Perform other duties as required. • Travel up to 20%
