Solution Delivery Manager, Planning and Direct Procurement

Role Description Drive process improvements and enhancements in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and direct procurement platforms. - Manage a team through the process of defining a roadmap, creating a strategy, and implementing a solution. - Design, implement, test, and deploy necessary components using the latest technologies and best practices. - Manage the selection of enterprise middleware platforms and frameworks for building integration assets to optimize for flexibility, long-term viability, and time to market. - Establish programming standards and program documentation requirements. - Review the current status of services and prepare recommendations for service improvements. - Manage, define, and govern middleware & integration architecture standards, tools, best practices, and development methodologies through the end-to-end life cycle. - Ensure effective enterprise IT infrastructure deployment and manage consolidation of disparate solutions for reduced technology spend. - Provide proactive technical oversight and mentorship to integration services architecture and development teams, fostering re-use, design for scale, stability, and operational efficiency. - Manage staff throughout the development and implementation of Planning / Procurement applications, including tools supporting Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, and Sales & Operations Planning processes, as well as Strategic Sourcing, Supplier and Contract Management, and Direct / ERP Procurement processes. - Lead and coach staff through projects including planning, analysis, detailed design, partnering with development teams, testing, implementation, and transition to support for in-scope systems. - Provide enhancements and ongoing problem management for the deployed applications. Worksite Address: 529 Pleasant Street, Attleboro, MA 02703 or any home office in the U.S. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. - Seven (7) years of professional work experience in understanding, utilizing, and performing process reengineering on end-to-end processes in Integrated Business Planning and Source to Pay. Requirements - Seven (7) years of experience including: - Hands-on configuration experience in Oracle E-Business Suite ERP modules including: - Oracle Inventory - Oracle Work In Process - Oracle Purchasing - Oracle iSupplier - Oracle Engineering - Oracle Quality - Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning - Oracle Demantra - Oracle Order Management - Oracle Shipping Execution - Gathering Business Requirements from the business team for implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning, & Oracle Demantra. - Managing & coordinating technical & functional team members to develop and deploy out-of-box & custom features to meet business requirements.
