Finance Process Lead

Role Description Join our dynamic team at Securitas, a leader in the security services industry. We are seeking an experienced Order‑to‑Cash Finance Process Lead to provide end‑to‑end leadership and stewardship of the Order‑to‑Cash process within Securitas’ Europe division. The role plays a key part in the Business Transformation programme by supporting the development and implementation of standardised, robust and scalable ways of working across Oracle Fusion Finance and the wider application landscape. - Lead the Order‑to‑Cash finance process within Oracle Finance and related application implementations. - Act as an advocate for standardised processes and ways of working, supporting alignment to target‑state principles across countries while recognising local requirements. - Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, challenge constructively, and translate needs into scalable process and system solutions. - Provide leadership and support to implementing countries by: - Facilitating workshops and discussions to drive alignment and insight. - Supporting the finalisation of local designs in line with agreed standards. - Guiding countries through implementation to ensure alignment with business and transformation objectives. - Identify and prioritise opportunities for process improvement, automation and the application of AI, staying current with industry trends and driving initiatives that improve efficiency, control and user experience. - Work closely with the IT ERP Product Owner, and other Process Leads to ensure integrated, end‑to‑end process and system alignment across the transformation landscape. Qualifications - 5–10 years’ experience in Finance transformation, Finance systems implementations and/or business analysis, with strong expertise in the Order‑to‑Cash process. - Experience in process optimisation and standardisation within multi‑country, matrix or complex operating environments. - Exposure to service‑oriented business models, including experience with subscription management solutions (e.g. Oracle Fusion Subscription Management) desirable but not essential. - Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence and engage effectively across Finance, IT and Business teams. - Experience leading workshops, facilitating decisions and providing structured guidance during system and process implementations. - Awareness of, and interest in, automation and emerging AI capabilities, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, control and customer outcomes. - Fluent in English (spoken and written), with experience working in international organisations. - Self‑starter with a strategic mindset and strong relationship‑building skills. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, IT or a related discipline (desirable). - Understanding of end‑to‑end business process frameworks and operating models, with experience applying structured process principles in a transformation environment.
