• Lead channel activation across ABM, paid media, and emerging channels, translating campaign plans into effective in-platform execution while ensuring alignment with broader go-to-market priorities • Drive day-to-day execution across platforms, ensuring campaigns are launched accurately, monitored effectively, and continuously optimized through targeting, creative, and structural improvements • Support the rollout of global campaign frameworks across regions, ensuring campaigns are activated effectively in local markets while maintaining consistency and quality • Establish and maintain strong execution practices across platforms, including QA processes, campaign setup standards, and operational consistency to support scalable campaign delivery • Support the activation and performance of ABM programs in-platform, ensuring effective execution and contributing to engagement and account progression outcomes • Coordinate with agency partners to support campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality output, and alignment with internal standards • Ensure campaign data is accurate and structured to support performance tracking, and provide insights to support optimization and ongoing improvement

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in campaign execution, paid media, or marketing operations
  • Strong hands-on experience with paid media platforms and campaign execution models
  • Exposure to ABM programmes and platforms (e.g. Demandbase or 6sense) is beneficial
  • Experience working with agencies and cross-regional marketing teams
  • Comfort operating at the intersection of data, execution, and commercial outcomes
