Site Manager
Securitas Group
• Manage a selected group of clients • Lead a team of approximately 50 security staff • Actively cultivate sustainable client relationships • Take organizational, operational and financial responsibility for assigned clients and employees • Maintain and develop existing client accounts • Monitor the market and acquire new clients, in close cooperation with your supervisor • Advise clients on all security and service-related matters • Continuously optimize service delivery and internal operational processes (increase efficiency, profitability and quality) • Provide disciplinary leadership, supervision, monitoring and management of subordinate team members, including duty scheduling and performance control
Job Requirements
- Completed commercial/business education (Matura or university degree)
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Experience in staff management and client support, ideally with sales responsibilities
- Strong business/financial understanding
- Excellent German and English skills
- Valid driver's license (category B)
- Confident demeanor combined with strong communication skills
- Good PC/user-level computer skills and an interest in technology
