Role Description We have an existing opportunity to add a Claims Adjuster - Bodily Injury to join our growing team! You will work in a remote based environment anywhere in Alberta. The Claims Adjuster actively adjusts claims while ensuring that business development opportunities are maximized. This involves marketing and follow-up of opportunities in a timely manner. Role Description Provide immediate and customer-focused assistance to policyholders who are calling to report insurance claims. Document initial loss details and activities to ensure that callers experience timely and service-oriented disposition of calls.
