Qualifications - Diplôme d'études collégiales ou combinaison d'études et expérience équivalente dans une entreprise équivalente. - Le candidat doit avoir son permis de l’AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers) pour la province de Québec. - Minimum de 5 à 7 ans d'expérience dans le traitement des réclamations en responsabilité civile. - Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en anglais et en français. - Expérience avec les réclamations impliquant les Souscripteurs du Lloyds serait un atout. Requirements - La personne doit démontrer sa capacité à diriger des experts en sinistres de tous niveaux et à travailler efficacement dans un environnement d'équipe. - Capacité déjà démontrée à communiquer efficacement avec les associés internes et externes, à l’oral ainsi qu’à l’écrit. - Une attitude positive et une approche de service à la clientèle favorisant le traitement des demandes de manière efficace. - Solides compétences analytiques, de résolution de problèmes et d'organisation. - Capacité démontrée à être proactif dans l'identification et la mise en œuvre de solutions. - Capacité éprouvée à effectuer plusieurs tâches dans un environnement exigeant et au rythme rapide. - Compétences informatiques exceptionnelles.
